      These people are desperate for money and genuinely have no life but to lurk around the parking lot. Not only that but they BLINDLY TICKET PEOPLE!! Saturday March 22, 2025 My friends and I went to Canadian tire on ********* in *********** and parked in the Canadian tire parking lot where theres a royal parking services sign that specify Canadian tire parking only which is where we went into. After 20 minutes of shopping and purchasing our items from Canadian tire we came out to our cars with parking tickets on the windshield and the officer ID 23 commented that we walk off the business property which none of us did. Not only us but every car around us in the parking also received a parking ticket. We had dash cams footage and Canadian tire receipts and camera proving that we did not walk off the property and did in fact went inside Canadian tire. So I emailed attempting to dispute my ticket as well as calling customer service to ask why my friends and I were given this ticket as they did not provide any proof that we walked off the property. All they said to me was they only work as customer service can that they cant do anything for me because that is what the officer said on my ticket. I asked how can they back up what they said is true, do they take a photo of us walking off the property? Because I have videos of my friends and I walking into and out of Canadian tire to and from our vehicles. We have proof we did not leave the property, but where are their proof. They are blindly accusing everyone! The ticket doesnt get me upset is the unprofessionalism and untruthful of these workers and this company. Even if I have to pay more than the parking ticket I will be talking to my lawyer and will be taking legal actions against this company so that this wont happen again to me, my friends and family and also everyone out there who gets accused from these people.

      Well I hope your officers are properly trained. Seems like 99% of the complaints and reviews to your company is for the same reason. So maybe drop your ego and re-train your officers. Of course I am frustrated, just like how you would be if someone just ticketed you when you didnt break any parking violations.

      I received a parking violation notice dated December 17, 2024, for parking at ********** at *************************** at 12:25 PM on September 3, 2024. I replied on December 20, 2024, to Royal Parking Services, stating I was at a site meeting at the time and forwarded my ********** receipt showing I was there at 1:10 PM. ****** from the ********************* replied on December 27, 2024, claiming the officer saw the driver walking off the lot, which is prohibited. She also sent photos of my car with the ticket and a sign stating the rule.I responded on December 27, 2024, asking for a copy of the actual ticket and highlighted the discrepancy between the violation time and my meeting minutes showing I was at the site meeting starting at 12:00 PM, with four witnesses to confirm it.****** did not respond, and I received a final collection notice on December 30, 2024. I sent a formal letter on January 16, 2025, via registered mail to ******, demanding a response. I emailed her again on January 23, 2024, asking for her full name and forwarded two witnesses' letters confirming I was at the site meeting from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM.****** finally responded on January 25, 2025, changing her story to claim the ticket was issued at 1:25 PM and blamed daylight saving time for the discrepancy. I replied on January 25, 2025, noting that the parking violation notice uses a 12-hour clock system with a "PM" designation, and daylight saving time changed on November 3, 2024, two months after the notice date, questioning whether incorrect times were issued for all tickets during those months, and suspecting the matter might be a scam.

      This business is *********. They are charging me for a ticket without allowing me to escalate or or dispute this. They are *********** to take me to collections and have not provided any proof that i didn't eat at the restaurant. They also agreed to excuse the ticket by phone and have now rescinded this by email. Very frustrating. The parking buisiness is called royal Parking Services

      I got a ticket while I was parking at ****************************************** I went and used the businesses within the complex where I parked but they claimed that it was for Unauthorized Parking and that Parking is only valid when using the facilities in the building. I sent receipts indicating that I had in fact used the facilities within the building but they said `officer witnessed the driver of the vehicle walk off the lot. Walk-offs are strictly prohibited, before or after making the purchase.` which left me confused because I did go to the businesses.

      I got a ticket for $102 at **** *** * *** ******** without reason. As a ******** **** customer why I can’t park in a public parking area and there aren’t any warning signs saying no parking? It’s a kind of ********* when Royal Parking issues random tickets like this.

      I got a ticket shopping at the new *** ****** at **** ******** ******* and the *** ***** at 1095 Logheed. There are no gates between the properties and the parking signs look identical. The ticket was for no walk offs. This is a rediculous **** at the cost of $130. Note another 11 cars to the 1 side of me had also received theses tickets. What this is inferring is that after we shipped at *** ****** we should have moved our vehicle 3 spots to the right prior to shopping at *** *****. Absolutely, * **** ****!!! I reported this to the store and to the city of Coquitlam business license department, now here. I did find out their credit department is internal so it won't effect your credit rating by disputing. I felt really bad because a few of the people around me who received the same tickets were elderly... Absolutely rediculous!

      I was totally shocked to received a ticket notice in mail 1 day ago. The violation dated July 17, 2023 at the Canadian Tire no. 3 rd. parking lot! The reason I was shocked was because I didn't receive any ticket on the windshield and now you they claiming that I have to pay this ticket plus incurred cost!!! 28$This is a scam and they should be responsible for this , this is not admissible here in ******.I never left the parking lot , and on that day that time I wasn't even there so how come thy are aloud to send tickets just like that , lying and harassing people .

      These folks are the scammers. I never saw a ticket on my van but received a ticket in the mail . I did not have time to follow up but know how it goes they will say we parked and walked off but will not provide a photo or don't have the professionalism to at least send a photo with the late payment invoice. I will of course be sharing their lack of professional behaviour with all of our larger landlord clients letting them know how this will affect their standing with customers.

      I was totally shocked to received a ticket notice in mail 2 days ago. The violation dated July 17, 2023 at the Canadian Tire no. 3 rd parking lot! The reason I was shocked was because I didnt receive any ticket on the spot and now you are claiming me that I have to pay this ticket plus incurred cost!!! I emailed twice to dispute my ticket but I never receive any reply from them! I do not know what I have violated since I was doing some shopping inside Canadian tire! I wish I can give this a minus star!!!
