  I never received a parking ticket. I only received a Parking Violation Notice dated July 26, 2023, from Royal Parking Services. The incident date is on June 21, 2023. The location is the parking lot on ******************************************************************* More than 1 month sending out this notice and I need to pay the ticket price + Incurred Costs. I totally do not have the chance to pay the discounted ticket.I emailed to dispute the Parking Violation Notice. They got back to me saying that ticket was issued because the officer witnessed the driver of the vehicle walk-off the lot. I asked for the copy of the ticket and photos for the proof of violation since I never received the ticket on the windshield. I need to make sure the officer got the correct license plate number. I think this request is pretty normal. They refused to provide me anything. And I brought up a question why the officer have time to witnessed the driver walk off the lot but the officer have no time to issue a ticket and put it on the windshield. They simply don't want to provide further information, they just want me to pay for the fines.I think this company should change the way that they do business. It's lack of transparency, doesn't care anything but the fines. Hope everyone who read this letter will stay away the parking area patrolled by Royal Parking Services.Too bad it doesn't have an option to select 0 stars.Regards,

  Gave me a false parking ticket, I tried getting in contact over phone and multiple emails, which received zero replys, they then keptd charging me interest and threatened to go to a collection agency, an absolute abuse of power! I ended up paying it cause am getting tired of the headache in dealing with them and dont want to risk my truck getting towed.

  Theres a few things wrong with this dispute ticket today issued by Royal Parking Services (April 3rd, 2023)Dispute #1) the time noted on the parking person issuing the ticket and the time it was time stamped. First of all - I was in my car until 11:45am. So leaving my car at 11:43 am is incorrect (which was stated on the ticket). Second - the time issued on the ticket today is at 11:52am for the parking fraction.I actually never left the building parking lot. I went around the corner of the ***************** called *********** to meet my clients outside and went into that restaurant. If you ****** Map this location and the parking lot, you'll see that it's in the same building. 2) your notes on - walk off to the next building is false. If the parking attendant actually looked and opened their eyes to see where I was and if they were actually watching, they would have seen me go into that restaurant. 3) you guys need to stop this shady practice of issuing tickets and do it properly. Please apologize and cancel this ticket as you guys are really shady in your business. I submitted and appeal to you guys as well today.
