5 starsThough I was only employed by Absolute for a short time, I can attest to the quality of service customers get from Absolute. I was an apprentice assigned to *****, one of the repair techs. ***** has over two decades of roofing experience, and is the most knowledgeable roofer I have met. More importantly, I have witnessed the level of attention ***** gives to each and every client he gets. From getting a quote out as quickly as possible, to ensuring the repair fixed the problem, ***** cares about the experience the client gets. For anyone who needs work on their roof done, I highly recommend Absolute Roof Solutions. As for anyone in the industry... I highly recommend seeking employment from Absolute Roof Solutions if you care about the quality of work you produce. 5 starsEveryones worst nightmare, a roof leak on a weekend and late evening when you discover the issue. I reached out to Absolute Roof via online about my water damage ceiling most likely from the skylight. I received a call early the next morning that they will have a roof contractor attend and investigate. However, they required my credit card information. The first thing my girlfriend said you dont give out credit card information before you meet the contractor. ******************************** and team arrived. Initially, she thought it was scam. ***** is very professional and knowledgeable. He investigated the damages both inside and outside. Provided me with photos at the time and then via email. Plus, two options. I contacted the office for additional information as I did not find the contract detailed enough. They had no issues in doing so. With the number of residents having roofing issues and weather, I wasnt schedule in for 2 weeks. I was told ***** would have ensure there was a temporary fix before they would return. No leak till the day arrived. The work was completed within 2 hours. The weather changed the very next day with heavy rainfall and then snow. I received a call from Absolute **** and ***** to ensure there were no leaks; and, reach out to them if there are any issues. I will definitely call them should I require a roof contractor. 5 starsGreat service fixing an emergency roof leak and then a follow up roof replacement on our laneway house. We appreciated the high quality of the work, attention to detail, responsiveness and timely check-ins. Kudos to ***, *** and the team!
