They identified and explained the potential areas of water ingress and provided detailed information, including pictures. ******* the repair technician, was easy to communicate with, punctual and trustworthy. We used Absolute Roof Solutions previously to replace our roof (which they did a great job). Later we had an unrelated issue with a water leak involving a downpipe. Absolute Roof was prompt in checking this out and identifying the issue. They provided an estimate, and answer all the questions and concerns that we initially had. I highly recommend Absolute Roof, they installed a beautiful metal roof for us in 2017. The crew was here for several months as some of the supporting structure had to be rebuilt. They were all very conscientious, hardworking and very likeable guys.This March, ************** and ****** replaced a leaking skylight over the family room.***** and ******'s work ethic and professionalism is consistant with our experience with Absolute.I will continue to recommend Absoute to my friends and neighbours and I'm grateful to find a company that has maintained their high standards over the years.Absolute Roof Solutions

The snow and ice had built up on our old shake roof and old leaks that had been repaired a year prior, could not handle the situation. We had quite a few areas that were leaking.It was Christmas eve and we felt badly to trouble anyone, but within a few hours Andrew and Victor arrived. They brought 3 tarps and set to work removing snow and ice build up and installing tarps in a horrible cold rain. They were professional and very polite and such hard workers! I was amazed at all they did up there! And it has helped us thru until we are able to do further work needed . I would recommend them and was very thankful for them too!Absolute Roof Solutions

Carlos was very patient and thorough in responding to my queries about the roof repair. He drew my attention to lack of gutter cleaning done by former gutter cleaner hired for many years. I now realize what a great decision it was many years ago, when I hired Absolute as the roofer to replace my cedar shakes tiles. Awesome work! Very prompt and professional crew came and got our roofing leaks sealed up and cleaned and fixed the gutters in one day, just before the atmospheric river hit Vancouver. In addition, they made a small repair to close off damage from the blocked gutters.
