    I have contacted knowledge academy for my *** certification and made the complete payment as per the quote they have provided.I have made the first payment for the training in July and they provided a virtual training of 4 days in July itself after the payment. Then I made the next payment t for my exam in August and they asked me to register in PMI website, I did the same and my application was approved by PMI in a week, But now knowledge academy is not providing me the exam voucher which I need to complete my exam to get the certification. Sales team is not taking my calls or responding to my emails. They are not refunding my money or providing the exam voucher. They have not provided any invoice for the payment. Only have an email communication saying payment received.
