You're in competent hands with Ryan, I recently had to replace my 25 year old gas insert. Selecting a new model, installation, recycling the old unit and clean up was 100% efficient. I’m very pleased with my new Valor unit! Ryan is organized, knowledgeable and professional on all levels. 5 gold stars for FlameTech Heating…No hesitation Deb J.

Ryan completed the service & maintenance of my fireplace today. He is professional, knowledgeable & took the time to answer all my questions. 5 starsImmediate response. Excellent service. A few months ago, Fortis installed a new gas meter at my home. The pilot light was extinguished. I tried to get it lit on my own but failed. I called a couple of companies but they would only service gas fireplaces that they had installed (!). Flametech had good reviews so, on a hunch, I called them. Ryan responded to my email immediately and gave me his first available appointment. Interestingly, the meter that Fortis installed was a high pressure gas meter and my fireplace did not have the needed equipment to deal with it. Ryan, Flametech's owner and serviceperson, knew exactly what was needed once he knew about the new Fortis meter. He turned on the meter, then installed the needed equipment for my older gas fireplace and my fireplace is now working perfectly. Thank you Ryan! In addition, Ryan has a great sense of humour, is quick, clean and clearly knows what he's doing. I had to work from home that day and I felt 100% comfortable going about my business while he dealt with the problem And the bill was fair! I am delighted that I went with my gut and called Flametech. Recommend you do the same.Review fromAmber M

5 starsI required an annual fireplace inspection and cleaning. FlameTech was recommended to me. I am pleased with the service received, eg quick and pleasant response to my request for appointment, better price than another company I contacted, my appointment was moved to an earlier date when an opening became available, gas fireplace nicely cleaned and working well, work area protected/kept clean.
