5 starsRyan serviced both our furnace and fireplace. He was fast, efficient and professional. He answered all of our questions and provided sound advice. His price was reasonable too. I would highly recommend FlameTech! Ryan is knowledgeable, experienced, prompt, efficient and nice to work with. He found the perfect fit electric fireplace insert, connected me with an excellent electrician, came back quickly and installed it at a reasonable cost. Thanks Ryan!

5 starsI became very frustrated with my long time gas fireplace provider when they would not answer their phone or answer my emails. Then I discovered Ryan Wilson owner and operator of FlameTech Heating. I was impressed with the simple fact that he answered my phone call. A quick chat and I sent him an email with more details of my older Valour and it’s current issues. He was prompt to answer…awesome, thanks again. When Ryan arrived he had the replacement parts ready to insert, and was able to clean /service the unit as well. He was professional, tidy and very good at communicating. I really appreciated everything he did to restore my awesome Valour fireplace back to its former glory. I highly recommend Ryan for servicing and attention to Valor fireplaces. 5 starsWe had a gas log fire set which needed to be replaced. After considering options such as fireplace inserts we felt a new gas log set would be the best choice to fit with the ambience of our living room. It was difficult to find a service that would handle this installation. Fortunately, Ryan of Flametech was able to assist. Ryan provided options, came to measure/inspect the space and then booked a day for the installation. He and his assistant worked efficiently and the fireplace was installed in about four hours. Their work was neat, tidy and handled in a professional manner. Ryan also followed up to ensure everything was working and to let him know if any issues at any time.
