      From the moment Matthew and Eduardo drove up to load our home and storage unit, to the time they delivered our belongings to our new home in Calgary, these gentlemen were exactly that. Very kind, gracious, helpful, and sociable, in addition to their professionalism and continuous work. Care was taken with every item to ensure the boxes were transported without incident and all furniture was cautiously wrapped and taped to ensure there would be no damage. I was completely amazed how they were able to load everything into such a small space on the truck, leaving plenty of room to take another household. Their loading and packing skills are extraordinary!
      They never stopped working from the time they came to our house, to the time the load was completed and it was quite nice to get to know a bit about Matthew and Eduardo through our conversations. I truly wish them all the best.
      I would absolutely recommend 2Burley Men Moving to anyone who I knew was moving anywhere. It was a true pleasure.

      I was lied to about the start time for my move so I would not cancel the booking. I had it clearly stated, and they understood my deadline to meet a move-in booking at a new condo. I waited for an hour for the team to arrive and begin loading. The moving team did not know where they were going and had not received clear instructions. Why? The booking agent wrote a 9am to 1pm slot for the movers and admitted during my call that 8 am starts were not possible. Then tell the customer none of the details including time, location and reason for the move were given to the movers who eventually arrived. The movers had to call me for the pickup and drop off location. Two events made this day work. My time slot for unloading could be extended due to a cancellation, and the sincere, competent moving team of young guys made it work. Completely unreliable booking process. Not customer focused. *** ** *** *****.

      If I could give minus 5 stars I would honestly, they gave us a written quote of 6k and 1 truck, showed up 2 days late for pick/up, arrived 4 days late for drop off, had our stuff mixed with other people's stuff in 3 different trucks, at final truck drop off they demanded we pay 14k and wouldn’t release our belongings until it was paid on the spot, even though they told us 6k!!!! They broke and lost items, telling us that because they didn’t do the packing they weren’t responsible for any loss or damages. These people and this company are legitimately criminals. Use anyone but them!

      The worst movers I could have ever imagined. They showed up in my tiny strata parking lot with an 8 ton truck that didn’t fit. They forgot to bring packing boxes. *** ** *** ****** ******** ** ** ***** ** ***** ****** ***** ** ***** ****** **** ** **** ** ** ******* ******* ********* **** ****** ****** ** ********* **** *** *** **** *** The list of damaged items is too long to include here. And they simply are not accountable or apologetic for any damage they cause. I spoke to 2 different men from the office who yelled at me over the phone.       2 Burley men moving from Victoria BC, there was so much damage to my furniture, totes missing, and delivery date was changed. Trying to have things resolved is impossible. I would not recommend them to anyone **** ******** * **** ** * ***** ****

He **** *** *** **** ** tell me we did not pay enough and we paid every dollar they asked for and I have the invoice. Even the 2 Burley Men ******* ***** in Kelowna said we paid in full. **** **** ******* **** ******** ** **** *** *** ********** *** ***** ** *** ******** *** **** ******* ********** ***** *** ***** *** *** **** ***** ********* ****** * **** *** ***** *** **** *** ****** ******** ****** ** ** *** ********* ********** ***** * ****** *** ******* ********** ****** **** **** ***** ********** ******* ***** This move all took place on July 26th/27th, 2023. **** ***** **** * ****** ******* **** * ****** *** ****** **** ***************
      You said that you can only compensate for damages based on the agreement. ** *** ******* *** *********** ** ***** ** **** ********** *** ***** ** ******** **** **** **** ** * **** ** ****** **** ** ** ************ ** *** **** ***** *** **** ** ***** *** ***** *** ****** ** *** ****** **** ***** *** ********* **** said 2 Burley Men Moving would wrap and pad all the furniture?? They did not! ** * ***** **** ***** *** ********* *** ** **** ******* ******* ***** **** *** *** *** ******* *** ** **** ****** *******

      **** ** *** ***** ****** ******* *** ***** ******** ***** The company showed up late, forgot possessions, and damaged the possessions they did remember. ****** ******* *** ***** **** ********* ***** *** ********* *** The movers unloading the truck moved at a snail's pace. After *** ***** ** watching them unload the truck, I ended up moving the entirety of the boxed items into the house. They misplaced hardware for multiple items, they dismantled and had no issues blaming myself for their faults.
      When dealing with the claims manager they offered a measly 6% of the cost of the damage ****** * ******** ** *** *** ******* * ***** ****** *** * *** **** ** ***** **** ***** ** ****** ** **** ******* **** ******* Told me countless times a manager would be calling me and never did. * *** *** *** **** ******* *** **** **** ** ***** ** **** ****** Not one individual I dealt with within this company possessed a single customer facing attribute. They consistently revert back to their terms and conditions. However, these were never presented to me while we contracted them for the move.
      I would trust my belongings travelling interprovincially with a horse buggy over 2 Burley Men.

      They were rude, dirty and completely unprofessional. They broke my teak coffee table and left their pizza crusts all over my back yard. Cigarette butts were left all over the driveway. They wasted time wrapping plastic drawers on wheels. Stay clear of this company! They are disgraceful!

      WOW! What a great company. We had movers booked and they phoned and cancelled the day before they were so show up. 2 Burley Men Moving Ltd. stepped in and helped us out by making adjustments to their schedule. The two men that arrived did a superb job of packing us up with special care and knowledge of packing a trailer.
      We feel so blessed that they helped us out otherwise we didn't know what to do as we had to be out of our house the next day.
      We would highly recommend them for a move and packing.

      Nanaimo to Edmonton including 1 week of storage. An IMMENSE amount of damage and they blame it on us. 1 mover and a summer student showed up to load. *** ******* * ****** **** Unlike several other movers that we have had, they never kept track of the number of boxes or items loaded or unloaded. We know of at least 2 boxes missing but how can we prove it? There is SO much damage and they gave us a paltry $168. We feel that we have been through a bad dream so we took their money and said goodbye to a lot of cherished items that could not be fixed. This company was unprofessional from their over the phone estimate to their attitude about all the booking details to even the cleanliness of their vehicles. BEWARE.
