Jake, the owner, is easy to work with and delivers what he says. We had a miscommunication and it was all resolved ??%.I was very pleased with the work. His crews are hard workers.

1 starRuined my driveway years ago. * ****** **** ****** ****** **** ******** **** **** ***. ****** **** **** ****** I don’t know where to start. So much pain and frustration was brought on me as a homeowner and human being by this company.
They replaced our driveway and the front step years ago, when we were relatively new first time home owners. ** ******** ** ***** **** ******* *** **** **** ********* ** ****. I was solely dealing with this guy ( I believe Jerry himself), because my husband was always at work *** ** **** ********* ** **** **** ***,
Just horrible ********* treatment. *** ***** ***** *** **** ** *** *** ** ******* ** *** ** *** **** **** **** ** **** ** ***** ********* *** ****** ****.
I had to call him at least twice to report that his crew is not doing what they were supposed to, what was agreed upon. They ************ ** ************* narrowed my driveway from top to bottom and in the worst way because left and right side were not even nor parallel, when I had to call Jerry for inspection. He came, measured and promised to fix it. No, they only did a partial fix on one side, and never made my driveway the same width as the old one. So they gifted 8” of my driveway to the adjacent neighbour’s property as a result, making a single driveway even narrower than it was. The bottom of the driveway was curved in where it meets the sidewalk. Just a terrible subpar unprofessional job.
The front door step was ruined as well, made smaller, uneven width to the left and right of the entrance door, ruining the entrance too. There was no rebars in the step which resulted in breaking off both corners adjacent to the house in a matter of months. Sealer was spilled on the front step too. It looked like unfinished job right away. The driveway itself was never sealed.
They left the excavated sides of the driveway unfilled, and hauled the dirt away.
If I could give zero I would to this company. 0

What an awesome and professional group! The rates were reasonable, considering all the steps involved in concrete work (I was totally clueless). The guys from Jerry's Xoncrete did a fantastic job! They were professional and answer my questions when I had them. It was a small sidewalk job for the front of my home, but done to my specifications. Great work! The follow up and walk through once the job was complete was a excellent touch. Great Company!
I had new sidewalk and piles put in, replacing old paving stone walk which was "tilted and dangerous" due to the eroding soil on the slope along side the garage.
The first crew came to remove all those individual bricks... (which I thought I was going to have to do before they got here.) They asked where I wanted them stacked and they did it!
Each different crew that arrived for different stages was so polite, knowledgable and extremely hardworking (and willing to answer any "dumb" questions or concerns I had.) After each crew, the job sight was always left clean, clear of any rubble and safe for the next crew.
I LOVE my new sidewalk.... no more worries about falling off of it!
Finished job came within the quoted price, no surprises additional charges.
I really appreciated the owner involvement as well.. he came out to do the final walk around, answer any questions, explain some important concrete care (re: ice etc). and just check to make sure I was happy with the job. My only concern was the latch on the gate was now too hard for me to open (gate had to be lifted for the higher sidewalk ).... and he that got fixed early the next morning! Great guys!!

Jerry's came to put in a new sidewalk from front boulevard to my steps and then smaller sidewalk off to the side of my house to connect with an existing sidewalk.
I thought the work done was great! Plus they stuck to the estimated price, so there were no surprises on that front. The work is done in stages, some of it impacted by weather. The final step, just before the walk-through and sign off, they came and put nice fresh soil around the sidewalk. Thought I'd have had to do it myself.
For the work I wanted, this was a great option and experience.Jerry's Concrete Works Ltd.

We had our pad beside our garage scheduled for the week of Jul 10/23, it took a long time to finish the project. The cement was poured Aug 2/23 and inspected on Aug 14/23. Our project got delayed due to other bigger contracts but it got done. The pad is good however it has a few chips along side the saw cuts which will get fixed as per owner Jake. Jake is very easy to deal with and a nice guy. Thanks Diane & EdJerry's Concrete Works Ltd.

Great transaction from start to finish. Young , energetic crew, that was very polite, and very conscious about cleaning up work site. Finished product, is exactly what we had in mind. Nice touch, that owner of company comes out to do final walk-thru to ensure satisfaction, and explain warranty coverage. Seldom see that kind of customer service anymore . Completely satisfied with our experience with Jerry's - from the initial estimate to completion everyone showed up as scheduled and our sidewalk replacement was finished as planned - estimators - workers all very open and informative when asked questions with their explanations (possible options) - work area was always cleaned up at the end of the day and refuse removedJerry's Concrete Works Ltd.
