  Jerry’s Concrete removed my old sidewalk and installed a new one. All persons that I dealt with thru out this job were courteous, professional and very knowledgeable. All trades people arrived when they were scheduled and completed their tasks in a timely manner. The job site was always left tidy and safe. I was kept informed of any and all issues encountered along the way and also how these issues would be rectified. The company went above and beyond as they backfilled, landscaped and seeded the area that was dug out along the side of the sidewalk. This was not expected and very appreciated!

  Absolutely incredible customer service! I had Jerrys pour a driveway for me five years ago. The driveway still looks great but there was road work done on our street over the fall, winter and this spring there was some damage to the approach. I E-mailed Jerrys to see if they might be able to repair this damage and they replied and repaired the damage within 24 hours, and did not charge me for the repair, even though I told them I believe the damage was caused by another contractors heavy equipment. Definitely service above and beyond!!!

  Awful experience!! Installed our new driveway pad to the house foundation, that caused foundation cracks in our basement, which later caused water damage in the basement from spring melt/rainwater.
  They graded the driveway towards the house, obviously which will cause issues in the future.
  On top of that, the window wells were never installed correctly, so we had to have them installed the proper way on our dime.
  They agreed to fix the cracks in the foundation which is expected, as it's their fault. The main issue is the driveway was never installed CORRECTLY in the first place.
  I'm now stuck with a driveway that wasn't installed correctly, that'll cause more issues on my dime and can't afford to replace it.

  We feel we have been going the extra mile to resolve your situation with the cracks in your foundation wall. You need to realize that this is the 2nd foundation since 1984 so we don't have expertise in fixing these situations. This issue has only happened twice in the thousands upon thousands of projects ( Driveways and Sidewalks ) which were done the same way. The 1st and only basement that this happened to before yours, our remedy between us and the customer was to do a full depth cut around the foundation to release the pressure/stress off the compromised foundation wall, this is the same solution we did with yours. We feel that there were prior underlying issues with your foundation considering what has happened. Our policy has always been to dowel into foundations for driveways and sidewalks, again we have done this thousands of times with no issues. We do this to avoid concrete from dropping/sloping towards the house. I ( Jerry ) did this to my house as well, just so you know.
  Gary from ***** Construction honestly doesn't think they were new cracks when he was on site, while the engineer said he couldn't confirm if they were new or old.
  Since going the extra mile trying to rectify the issues with your foundation (and have not yet finished), why are you publicly bashing us ** **** *** *** ******* We don't understand the reasoning behind the terrible reviews considering we are trying to work with you to rectify this situation. This is showing us how unwilling you are to cooperate and resolve this situation peacefully.

  They arrived at the time they had scheduled. Very helpful in choosing a colour and good selection of colours. Work was done very well. Guys were great. The finished product looks great. ** ***** ********* ********* ******* ********* ****** *

  Very impressed that they came to check on their work from 4 yrs ago. Had them finish off epoxy on my steps as what was put down 4 yrs ago has really stood up and still looks like new. Now all the outside of my steps is protected and looks really sharp.

  Hired to refinish a large portion of my shop floor. Hand's down highest level of customer service in comparison to competitors in the area. Price agreed on was paid. Any concerns surrounding the process were immediately addressed, and resolved promptly.
