Hello, Super Value. Thank you so much for being so flexible and understanding my predicament with trying to support my elderly father.
Thank you also for the excellent job you did on cleaning his recliner and little couch. I honestly didn't expect it to come very clean because it had a few years of him spilling things on it.
I look forward to having you clean the grungy carpet in my basement. It has existed since before I moved into this house and the previous owners had dogs. You cleaned a "doggy" carpet for us last summer. It made a massive difference. The house stunk from the previous tenants living there with many animals and never cleaning. We couldn't believe what a difference it made in the short time that you were there.

Thank you for your feedback, I am very sorry that this was your experience with our company, I looked up your file and I see that you were placed into our “Internal Do Not Call” list 2 years ago as per your request, but there was an error with our system which caused your file to come up to be called again by mistake. Rest assured, we care about our relationship with our clients and always do our best to respect their wishes when they ask not to be contacted with our promotional campaigns. We also have systems and processes in place to make sure we abide by the rules set by the CRTC to prevent any excessive contact with our clients, as we certainly don’t want anyone to feel like we are harassing them. Nevertheless, please accept our apology for this mishap, we will be sure to investigate why this happened so that it does not happen again. We also added a $** credit onto your file as a token of our apology, this credit will never expire and can be used for any of our services, we hope for the opportunity to earn your business back!

In May we had same day service teams, on to do duct cleaning and one to service furnace. there was no issue to add last minute inspection of our 7 years not working A/C for minimal extra cost.
Took Ji 15 minutes to kick the unit back to life. Yesterday we er faced with a not proper working furnace. Max I could get out of it was 64 F. This morning (09.30) I called Super Value Home and promptly 11.00 Ji showed up to do an inspection. It was a mystery seemingly the unit was functioning as it should, but it did not. Not sure what he did, but everything is back to normal and back on 72-73 F. Great crews!!!!!!Super Value Home Services

We use this company regularly and are always satisfied. Our two dogs must recognize pet lovers as they greet them then let them clean without interruption.
