      I have spent over $13,500 at Ashley furniture and have experienced the poorest customer service ever. I had called for days before getting through to customer. Once they have your money they are done with you. I made my order more than a month prior to receiving some of the items. I was told that all items would be available at time of delivery. However, I did not received most of the items I ordered and I was not told that I would not get everything until the day of delivery. It has been 2 months now and I have still not received everything. One week ago I received the sofa and realized that the color did not go well with accent chair I received 2 weeks prior. I called Ashley to have it exchanged and they did not have courtesy facilitate the exchange. If I had gotten items together I could decided on the exchanged then.
      Additionally, Ashley sent me the wrong refrigerator and I am still waiting on other furniture's pieces. I was told I can not cancel any of my items as I would be penalized for it. This is my first time buying from Ashley and I am regretting my purchase. Customer service is poor and they are very rigid. I wish I knew this was how Ashley furniture does business. * **** ********* ******* ** **** ****** *********** ** ****** ***** *** ** ** ******** **** **** ******** I will never buy anything from this furniture again. By the way the accent chair I am asked them to exchange is for $400...I spent over $13,500. **** ******** *********

      Thank you, Ashley, for resolving this for me. I received the exchange I requested, and I am now very happy with the new accent chair. I wish this could have been resolved before I made the review I did. Nevertheless, I appreciate Ashley for doing this exchange and look forward to making future purchases with Ashley

      Wow… where do I start. Bought my couch Boxing Day 2021. It’s September 26, 2022…. Was told on purchase date my couch would be delivered within 3 weeks. It’s been 9 months. I was FINALLY told (after hounding their terrible customer service for months) that my order would be delivered September 27, and I would be contacted for drop off time. Was never contacted for drop off. Called customer service and guess what…. My couch STILL AFTER 9 MONTHS is not here… and on top of that I was met with “is a partial delivery going to be okay for you?” After clearly and obviously intentionally waiting 9 months so that I would receive a complete order… Ashley furniture will NEVER earn my business again.
      Customer service hangs up on held calls before they are answered. Can confirm an employee admitted to this during a call after I was hung up on 5 times before being answered by a human.

      I’m writing to you in the hopes you can assist as I’ve been unsuccessful in hearing back from Ashley Home Furniture.
      I purchased a Realyn coffee table in Whitby for my sister in August as a house warming gift. The coffee table was delivered in September. The box with the table remained unopened until last weekend as the main floor was being renovated. That being said, when the installer opened the box, the coffee table was damaged. * **** ******** ** *** ****** ** *** **** ** *** *** 
      Prior to purchasing the table, I explained very clearly to the sales associate that this was a gift, and if she didn’t like it for any reason could we be refunded or offered an exchange. The sales associate assured me there was no issues for exchange or refund. Due to his response, we paid for the table and signed their general T&C’s. Apparently buried in the T&C’s it states that refund is only possible within 48 hours of delivery. This should have been made clear to us given the conversation we had. We would have opened the box right away, but I suspect Ashley’s was just concerned with making a sale.
      In short, both my sister and I have contacted Ashley to discuss the issue and request a store credit or refund. Multiple calls to the Service Care team only to be given the run around - it’s been two weeks and no resolution. I spoke to two service agents (Aniruth was the first agent, and Harshpeet was the second) in the last 48 hours, each requesting that the damaged pictures be resubmitted. I asked to speak to Ms. ***** the manager and she wouldn’t make herself available to speak with me.
      Ashley’s agent said someone would contact me by close of business (7:00 pm) yesterday, Sept. 23rd, and no one has.
      I’m tired of chasing Ashley to rectify this issue. I would appreciate your help is resolving this issue. ** ******* ******* *** ****** ******* *******

      Worst customer service ever experienced. Dropped coffee table off with screw through the top after replaced 3x for poor quality and was told I could get $75 store credit. DO NOU BUY

      Terrible place to purchase furniture* **** ***** **** **** **** *** ******* * We purchased a king bed frame and it was delivered without the posts that keep the bed upright. Countless emails and phone calls with NO response from a manager at the store. After a month of zero communication we had to call **** instead to have the purchase reversed. ** **** ** **** **** **** ******** ******* **** * ** ****** **** **** *** ***** ** *********

      Most of their stuff was not our taste or way too pricy, but in the end we did manage to find a good deal on something we liked.
      So the long term quality of the item remains to be seen, but we are optimistic that it will hold up well. It seemed better quality than most of their items.
      Staff was good, gave us space but remained avaliable for questions. So not pushy or too distant and unavaliable. Just the right combo for our needs.
