      The sales girl sold me the wrong bed and pillow and they wont refund me because they call it a warranty and they dont have warranty on beds

      Purchased a sectional. Was told their "best seller" and if I ordered it today (March 24) that system was showing delivery would be mid May. I have gotten many rescheduled delivery texts, but when I try to schedule it, I am told that some of my sectional isn't all there. One call said it was 2 of 3 pieces in the warehouse and they were just waiting on the 3rd item to come in. The next time, I was told that piece 3 was in but missing a different piece and then a 3rd excuse saying they were waiting on the manufacturer in the U.S. I have called the store manager who actually sold me the sectional. She told me that she would personally follow up on my order. After 2 1/2 weeks I heard nothing. They offered me $*** delivery fee refunded which I declined as I said that wasn't good enough. No answers still and I continue to get text messages asking me to schedule my delivery. When I call I continue to get the run around and excuses. * *** **** ** * ****** ******** **** *** ******* **** **** *** ********* ********* *** **** ***** ****** **** ** **** ***** ****** ** ***** *** ***** ******* **** ****** ****. I purchased this sectional March 24th, 2024 and on May 31st I am still waiting and have heard nothing.       Bought a bed frame from their ********* store ** ******** *** arrived broken with large gaps in the headboard. Called the store and they sent someone out to "Repair" the damage, they ended up over tightening the screws in the headboard and it messed up the MDF ** ***** ********* ** ********* ******* ******* **** ********* Now we have been left with this for years without any resolution from Ashley Furniture.
      ***** *** ******** **** **** ******* ** they do not stand by the quality of their products.

      I bough I unit of bed on 2021 with warranty plan and after 1 months usage it got broken from slats and legs and it took 8 months Ashley guest care to order the parts and fixed , and since 2021 it is keep breaking from same spot like almost 6 times , each time it is taking 1 to three months to fix it and right now the bed is broken too and I wait more then 1 month to received the parts and since 2 month I am waiting for somebody to come and fixed from guest care ,

      I Called guest care supervisor Team so many times and try to explained that structure of this bed is not capable to hold the weight of king size mattress and two individual person but they are keep saying that as long as it repairable we can honor to reselection of another bed

      So I am so disparate to get help from somebody regarding this matter because since three years i used the bed only for 8 month or 10 months the rest of the time it was broken and I do not feel safe with this bed because two times it broken down when nobody was on it

      ** * ***** **** **** * ***** * ****** I was worried about whether a sectional would work for my small space due to the chaise and was reassured at the store that I would be able to exchange it if it wasn't satisfactory. With this in mind I placed the order.
      The item was delivered with leaking foam and exposed wood (this should have been my flag to not proceed). I was advised to offer them a chance to make repairs before deciding if I would return/exchange it. This whole time I was unable to use the couch. Once it was finally fixed, we tested it and determined the angle and true depth of the material was not suitable. This was completely impossible to determine prior to the repairs (which took 2 visits and over 3 weeks to complete)
      When I called to request an exchange or some assistance in switching the furniture I was informed that I gave up the right because I gave them the opportunity to repair the couch. **** * **** ** * ******** *** ***** ***** **** ***** **** **** ** *** ** *** ************* *** ***** *** * *** **** ********** If the item is not delivered in the promised state, return immediately and get a refund!! Terrible service and total lack of acknowledgement of any error on their part **** **** **** ***** ******

      nature need to be requested within 48 hours of receipt of the product.

      CANCELLATIONS
      AND RETURNS

      You are free to
      cancel your order, prior to delivery or pick-up within 48 hour of purchase
      (furniture, appliances, and mattresses). After 48 hours you can reselect your
      product any time prior to possession without penalty or request a refund with a
      10% administration fee. Appliances and mattresses cannot be returned or
      exchanged once the product is in the home. Once you have taken possession and
      you are not happy with your furniture purchase, you can within 48 hours of
      possession re-select with a 10% restocking fee or return the product with a 25%
      restocking fee. All furniture must be received in our distribution center
      within 7 days of possession. Any Product Protection Plan Care Kits will be
      refunded if un-opened package is returned to our store. Refunds are processes
      with the same method of payment (excluding cheque or cash where reimbursement
      will be via company cheque within 7-10 business days).



      If there is a service related concern on the unit, please

      and in-shop warranty service for our customers. If you encounter any

      Bought a couch and a chair from Ashley Furniture. Paid for the White Glove treatment. Didn't get it. They dirtied our carpet mat in front of our door. A door that we don't use. We only let them use it to deliver the furniture in the house. I said wiping their feet outside they wiped it all over my rug and walked in on the carpet with their dirty shoes. They're supposed to take your shoes off that's what called The White Glove treatment and we didn't get it. Put a claim in and they said because of the mat was by the door and they took the claim away. ******* **** * *** *** ** *** ***** *** *** ******** *** *** ****** really terrible and they didn't take all the old furniture they were supposed to do * ******** ********* ******** ** *******

      Terrible ***************** delivered defected bed frame, will never buy again from Ashley Furniture. Feeling customer remorse and ripped off.I purchased bed frame from Ashley Home Store located on ******************************************************** on October 12,2023 for CAD ******** that was delivered on October 19, 2023. After few days of delivery and assembly by the store, I noticed that the bed frame tilted on one side and making noise. I complained to the store within a month (19/11/23) from delivery. I called several times to customer service, initially I was given different numbers to register complain and then reluctantly a service person was sent after 2-3 weeks of my complaining. The service person repaired the bed frame by making hole in the base of the frame beside a defected big hole causing the problem. It did not solve the problem and the bed frame tilted again on the one side and making the noise within a month of repair. I complained several times to Ashley Home Store customer service without getting a response and last time I complained on February 13, 2024. I feel it was against the customer service policy and customer protection ethics. I felt unfairly charged/paid for a defected product and deprived of my rights as customer. I want ******************** Store to take back the defected bed frame from my home and refund me the full amount that I have paid for the product that is not serving the purpose for which I had bought for. I cannot satisfy my sleeping need from the defected frame.

      Back in August 2023, we bought a sofa (Tanavi - 5 piece sectional SKU # *************) for $***** plus tax with 1 year manufacturer's warranty. There were many less expensive sofas available but they recommended a premium sofa to us with a blend of feathers and foam which by the premium title should have lasted longer than the standard ones to say the least. Just within 6 months, the feather cushions sagged and I reached out to Ashleys for "core replacement" which is covered under my warranty period. And NOW they inform me that the feather core is not covered while only foam core is covered under the warranty. Their insurance and warranty plans are completely **** *** * ******** ********* **** ***** **** ** ** ******** I have been going back and forth with them on this issue because warranty details should be clearly laid out and warranty clearly states "core replacement". Since the core for my sofa is feathers, it should be covered under the warranty period. ***** *** ******** ****** ** * **** *** *** ********* ****** ** ****

      Purchased the Isanti bedroom set late October 2023 had issues We have put in claims for 4 of the5 pieces of furniture months ago . The bed was assembled incorrectly, as well as a broken piece. That has been repaired. The dresser and nightstand drawers don’t stay closed . Still open tickets. Our chest bottom drawer was very hard to open and a bottom brace was missing. Despite returning our chest four times, we reluctantly settled for the latest replacement, with a drawer that still doesn’t close properly and missing support braces. when customer service called regarding an exchange I told him we were done we were keeping this last one” as is “. The customer representative
      asked if we were offer any compensation keeping the sub par chest. . I continue to get calls. Do we have two chest? Do we have one chest? When do we want delivery of the chest and on and on Our initial claim dates back to November, and in March , we reluctantly closed by accepting the chest subpar quality, just to end our ordeal of living out of Rubbermaid boxes.” Hopefully the nightstand and dresser drawers will be less frustrating. Been told need new sliders a total of five and put on order will ship to the house directly quicker delivery Today April 4 I receive a ***** package that turns out it was the slider that was ordered back in November for the first chest and I receiving it five months later. Does this mean I have to wait another five months to be able to use my dresser and nightstand UNACCEPTABLE

      I was very excited to buy my furniture and my son and I handpicked it. The couch they delivered was the correct one I picked but the box and mattress were not. I explained to them that they made a mistake but they were so rude and so harsh with me and they did not fix the problem. They made me sleep in my living room literally for weeks because I refuse to receive the wrong mattress. I agreed to something and they sent something else. I am so so disappointed because I was so happy to get my furniture and worked so hard to save the money and waited for months till I pay it off only to be disappointed.
