      Back in early February I bought a sectional sofa **** *** ******* ******** ** ******** Once me and my wife saw the sofa in the showroom we instantly fell I love with it. To make things better the sofa was on sale. The one problem we had with the sofa was we felt it was a bit too small for our family room. Our old sofa was 12 by 12 feet and covered both walls. The sales agent measured the sofa at the store and told us it was 11 by 11 feet. He said it only a tad smaller from our old sofa at home. After a discussion with my wife, we were satisfied with the size and we went ahead and purchased the sofa. We were also a little worried why such a beautiful sofa was on a very low discounted price. The same sales agent, Frankie explained to us new shipment of sofa were to arrive and the sofa we were purchasing was going to be moved to another location.
      Skip to we receive our new sofa a week later and once placed in our family room, we felt something was wrong. It just looked way too small for the room. After measuring ourselves the sofa was 10 by 10 feet. ** **** *****. The agent lied to us for a sale. We love the sofa but felt very upset for it being much smaller but worse being lied to. I called the store and got no response. I then call the main office and I was told to wait a few days and someone from the location will call me back. Waited another week and I called back and again no response and no call back. I again called the main office and wanted to speak to upper management. I was told the main office can’t do anything about this matter and I will have to wait patiently for someone from the location to get back to me. It’s been a month now and I haven’t heard back from anyone. At this point I’m very hurt and upset the way Ashley Furniture has handled this situation. * ***** ******* *** ** **** ** *** ******* **** ******. I’m not looking for a refund or return. All I’m asking for is an apology and either provide a middle seat or a extra chair at no cost.

      I purchased a bed from this company two years ago, but to my dismay, it collapsed just last week. I had hoped for better quality compared to ***** but unfortunately, I was sorely mistaken. My disappointment knows no bounds.       Despite my attempts to reach out, whether by phone or in person, the response has been nonexistent. It's disheartening to encounter such indifference from a company that should stand behind its products.

      Writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the 2peice sofaset purchased from Ashley HomeStore.I bought a three-seater sofa set and loveseat from your store on February 24, 2019, for $2180.87. However, in 2022, an issue was identified with the furniture that could not be fixed due to the model being discontinued. I was then asked to reselect the sofa set and loveseat from your Whitby store, incurring an additional cost of $1248.67.Unfortunately, within a year of purchasing the new model as a reselection, in 2023, the furniture developed another issue, this time with the seat cushion. Despite sending a technician to address the problem, the issue could not be resolved completely. After several follow-ups with your customer care, I was informed that the remaining issue could not be fixed due to the model being discontinued once again.This required me to go for a reselection for the second time in just approximately four years, with additional expenses due to the rise in furniture prices and inflation.During this reselection process, I was informed that I could only receive store credit for one piece of the sofa set and would need to pay for the loveseat separately to get a complete sofa set. Alternatively, I could keep the sofa set of two different models and colors, in case I decide to just go ahead and reselect the three-seater sofa set only.As a customer **** *** ***** ********, this situation is extremely stressful. I cannot afford to keep investing my time and money in constant reselection of furniture, especially considering that I have already spent around $3400.This ongoing issue is primarily due to the low quality of the product and the lack of support from the protection plan. I urge you to address this matter promptly and provide a satisfactory resolution. My preferred choice would be to fix the issue with my three-seater sofa set. Alternatively, I would appreciate your assistance in obtaining store credit to completely replace my two-piece sofa set

      Stay away from this store. When my wife and I bought a microfibre loveseat and sofa at the store we told the salesperson that we wanted to try out the matching recliner, however the recliner was not on the floor. So we asked the salesperson(only 6 months experience) if we could return the recliner if we tried it out when it was delivered and she said we had 48 hours to make up our mind and to call the store to cancel and have the recliner picked up. Upon delivery, we called the store within 2 hours to cancel the recliner and they forward us to "Guest Care" who told us we were being charged a 25% feefor restocking which we told them Salesperson never told us. Ending up talking to 6 people over 2 days from Guest Care and they all told us this was the rules-never mind we were not told this by the Salesperson. Called the store 3 times to talk to manager-was told he was with a customer and would forward the message to him to receive a call from him-NEVER CALLED US BACK!!! The 25% restock fee cost us $150. Again stay away from this store-they do not return calls , customer service sucks and " Guest Care " is just a glorified call centre that is rude and bossy to customers and never give direct answers!!!!

      I bought a sofa from ASHLEY FURNITURE ON 64th ave n.e a year and half ago they delivered the wrong product I went to there store very same day told them it’s your mistake pls change it or pick it up from my garage nobody came. In fact after my many complaints they gave me a solution to buy another one then we’ll pickup the previous one otherwise you have to pay I bought a new one which I have already paid but still no one came for the first one yet and it went to collections, they told me to contact their warehouse manager I did nobody is answering from there as well, pathetic customer service ***** ***** *****.really don’t know what to do exactly

      hey just stole ****** from me on a return. PCustomer service said restocking fee is ***** Webpage says 15% Now they are trying to tell me its 25%Anyione else deal with this horrendous business? Then I found out that there would be no restocking fee if a store credit was issued, I was never informed of this, either.

      I recently purchased a sofa **** ********* *and unfortunately, my experience has been less than satisfactory. Despite providing accurate measurements of my space and confirming dimensions with the store, the delivered sofa did not fit.
      Upon expressing my concerns and attempting to choose an alternative, I was informed that the maximum size available was 86 inches. Despite selecting a sofa within this limit, the replacement they delivered still did not fit my space appropriately.
      To make matters worse, when I requested to cancel the purchase due to these ongoing issues, I was surprised to be informed about potential fines. This added complication has left me frustrated and dissatisfied with the overall customer service.
      I strongly advise potential customers to thoroughly review the store’s policies and consider alternative options to avoid similar inconveniences. The lack of accurate sizing information and the imposition of fines for cancellations have made this purchase experience regrettable.

      ******** ******** Today is December 16, 2023, and there is no sign of any delivery date and time. On top, if we request to cancel the order 10% will be charged.

      Only gave one star because it won’t allow zero stars…….Very very poor sales staff. Was told a couch was in stock and could get it the next day with delivery for a charge $*** by a third party company. They got us to applied for the Ashley financing card. Got approved and then proceeded to say the couch is not in stock and could take up to 2 weeks. This was after all paperwork was completed. Now I am fighting to cancel the order and they are fighting me to wait for the delivery. I need furniture now.
