      Ashley supposed to deliver quality product in great showroom condition and instead supplied defective product 1 piece of ***************** ***************" with nails protruding on them in an unsafe and hazardous way. Before we used, I complained and Ashley took it away and repaired and refurbished it and returned it charging me the full price of the product. It deserves only 50% of the value, which I paid already. After taking up this issue with the ******** ********** under the ******** ** *******, Ashley only offered $*** store credit for this which I have declined. I have informed them and their Partner *********** who had financed the product sale in partnership with Ashley that I will be making only 50% of their Ashley Sale Order for the value of $******** which is $****** in full and final settlement of their claim, which I promptly made before the due date, honoring my part. ********* keeps calling me for this money which they are bound to recover from Ashley creating lots of anxiety and inconvenience to me and affecting my highly rated reputation and credit history. **** ************ ** ****** ************ *** *** ********* *** ** ******** ** *** ** **** ******* *** **** *************

      Not happy with Brad at Ashely at Regent store. After the sale he did not reply to emails. I have asked for store manager to call me and help with understanding the invoice because there was a 5% discount given and it doesn't add up. The last email was me requesting for the manager to call me *** ** * ****** *** *** **** **** * ***** ** ***** ** ****** ******** ****** ** ********* ****** and even that did not prompt them to give a care about after sales service.

      I purchased a bedframe from Ashley's for $1400 plus white glove service which we paid extra for. The bedframe was delivered and the installer was talking down to, berating, and was very unprofessional to his helper. They moved my bed out of my room which was fine, but refused to move it back because we did not purchase from Ashley's. The installers did not clean up after themselves and left garbage everywhere, which shouldn't happen with the white glove service. The install of the bedframe was horrible, nothing was bolted down snug or screwed in properly, which lead to damage of the bedframe. I reported the damage and was expecting a call back from a supervisor/manager within 48 hours which never happened. The poor installation lead to damage to my floor as well as the supporting beam in the middle of the slats slipped sideways and tore a hole in my floor, which Ashley's refuses to fix as it was not reported initially when I reported the installers and quality of install of the bed but would have been reported if they called back within 48 hours as they stated they would. Their customer care only allows 3 pictures for claims, when sometimes, you need much more, as I have about 8 or 9. I had to escalated to a regional manager which still resulted in nothing from Ashley's or Customer Care. They came out to fix my bed frame but only told the technician it was the posts, not the supporting beam so now we have to wait longer for them to order new slats. We were supposed to get our white glove service refunded which hasn't happened yet. And they refused to pay for or fix our flooring as the delivery installers didn't damage the floor, however it wouldn't have been damaged if they installed the bed frame properly in the first place. Still haven't received our refund for our white glove service and it's been 2 weeks. Also have to wait 6-8 weeks for new slats and then 2 weeks for repair. Terrible experience all around, won't be buying from them ever again.

      We came into the Heritage store looking for a specific chair and were curious about a replacement mattress. We were greeted by the manager and WOW what a great experience. Polite, no pressure, very knowledgeable about product and assisted us I reaching the right decision for us. Then came the discounts, and gifts. We both felt confident and supported with our purchases. Yes we ended up with both chair and mattress, a little more than we wanted to spend but couldn't pass up the quality, guarantee and workable payment plan for ******** made products.Will highly recommend!!!!
