    What a wonderful experience I had. I spoke with Malachi who answered all my questions and walked me through the return and exchange process of my home base. Originally we had received the type that goes through the phone but I asked and was able to switch to the Total Home Unit that does not require the telephone. Malachi was very friendly and patient and kind. She explained everything clearly and confirmed I understood everything before we ended the call. I would like her to be recognized for her wonderful work ethic and how she speaks to customers. She is a great customer service representative and also represents the company in a great light.

    The people on the phone are so respectful and polite. They also know exactly what they are doing and is so refreshing. I know with Life Assure if I fall I will get the help I need. They are the only company that I trust that I will get great service and know if I fall will definitely get the help I need

    Very happy with the lady that assisted me and answered all my questions. It was a joy to talk to a human. Trying to deal with QR codes and such I find is not senior friendly at least not for me. Glad there are other supports in place.     Was supported, answered my questions, wasn't pleased with the fall protection, my mother fell twice pendent never went off! A fall is a fall not pleased.
