5 starsLow cost for staying in my home and feeling protected. I think this is a great investment considering the cost of living in a seniors residence. This was a product that changed all of our lives. My dad past away and he took care of my mom. From the time we contacted Life Alert to the time we received it was 4 days. Minutes to connect not complicated at all. With one push of the test button a friendly respondent answered our test call gathered information and we were good to go. This truly allows mom to remain in her home and give family peace of mind that if she needs assistance it's a button touch away. The associates on the phone were extremely helpful and quick and no pleasure sales. It just makes sense.

Jak helped when my Mother's unit was charging properly. We got a replacement within a day and a half so she wasn't without her unit.

I really like the mobile unit. I can use anywhere. I only gave it 4 star because it takes a day or two to adjust to having it around your neck. But I love usingLife Assure
