I had all my windows and entrance/exit doors all replaced by WeatherPro Winnipeg.
From the onset of the sales rep/scheduling/ workmanship, it was a very great experience.
All encounters with any team member was pleasant/knowledgeable, and courteous.
The products are(so far) superior to any I have had in the past from other companies.

Weather Pro Windows was difficult to deal with. The windows they installed were different than what was quoted. No one answered the phone any time I called their office to discuss the incorrect installation and the voicemail box was full so I couldn’t leave a message. It was weeks between email correspondence, despite asking for an update multiple times. They continually asked for full payment and threatened legal action, completely ignoring my concerns. ***** *** ********* **** ******* ** *******Weather Pro Windows & Doors Inc.

We appreciate your feedback and would like to clarify a few points regarding your concerns. Throughout the process, we remained in constant communication with you regarding the issue with the window stickers. The windows were provided exactly as outlined in our contract, and the installation was completed correctly and successfully on December 11, 2024, as confirmed by your signed completion form. While you noted the missing stickers, the installation itself was completed as agreed.
The challenge you faced was with the inspection company you selected, not with Weather Pro. Despite this, we promptly provided all necessary documentation for your Greener Homes application, which is always accepted by the Government. However, your inspection company refused to accept it for their report for reasons beyond our knowledge or control. To further assist, we also provided additional PDF copies of the stickers, but unfortunately, they were still not accepted.
Regarding payment, it was clearly communicated that payment was due upon completion of the installation. However, despite the completed work, the payment was delayed until January 30, 2025.
We regret that you had this experience and understand your frustration. However, we fulfilled all obligations on our end, including proper installation and documentation. If there are any further concerns, we kindly suggest addressing them with the inspection company.

Had them install 2 doors one door remains frozen over with weird melt spots always at same spots. They're giving me a song and dance about humidity in house its 26- 29% . Nothing else in house has issues. Other door appears fine (at least its not alwsys frozen) . Door remained closed for 4 days and nights and never unfroze. Door gets so cold on inside when I touch it , it leaves hand prints in sweatWeather Pro Windows & Doors Inc.

As previously explained, storm doors are designed to protect your main entry from the elements, and in colder weather, condensation or frosting can naturally occur. This is caused by warm, moist indoor air meeting the colder surface of the storm door glass and is a common occurrence, not a result of improper installation.
Our technician took the time to explain this during the service visit and attempted to assist you. However, we must address that throughout these interactions, both our technician and customer service staff experienced aggressive behavior from you, making it challenging to provide the best possible assistance. Despite this, our team remained professional and completed the service as required. Additionally, when offered a form for further investigation to help resolve your concerns, you declined to complete it.
