      Delivered my marble-top bathroom vanity and left it in my driveway upside down!!! Also received no current tracking info that it was in transit.

      If you want to disappoint your customers, ship to them using Day and Ross. Better known as "Day and Lost" . If it is important that your product arrive on time, use someone else. This is the worst service I have ever seen. Just absolutely pathetic

      Very disappointed. Delivery of a Hot Tub not received, even after multiple calls. Twice promised that someone would call me.... never happened. This has been going on for weeks past the original delivery date.

      This company could not be worse if they took a university course in "****** customer service". Lies and deception is their mission statement when it comes to package delivery. Their website says my item is out for delivery. It's been "out for delivery" for 5 days now! Still no package. It's in their warehouse 157 km away. I doubt that I will ever see it, so I told them to send it back to the shipper (if they ever find it). Just another example of the "tail wagging the dog". Don't EVER use this company.

      Beware and do not use Day & Service services for transporting larger packages in Canada. They accepted two skids of excercise equipment to be ship from Ontario to Calgary AB and to be deliverd to my front door. After it arrived at the Caglary warehouse, I've was contacted by 3 different drivers on 3 different days to inform me they're coming out later that day to drop off. Each time ended up being a no show and no phone calls. when i reach their dispatch, I am told that the skids are too heavy and too large for their truck and tailgate to handle, it's unsafe and they have to find a different solution. I waited 3 weeks, not once did anyone for Day & Ross called to provide any updates. They refused to delivery the skids and have asked to return the skids to the sender. It's unbelievable that a company of this size cannot find a solution to delivery a skid weighing 1000lb and measures 7'x 5'. And after 3 weeks of me calling with no solution, they sender had to hire a different company to take it off their hands and delivery to me, incurring additional cost to the send in the process. This is the worst experience I've had with a company trying to deliver anything. *** * **** **** * ***** ** ********* ******** ******* ****** **** ******** ***** ************ ***** **** ***** *** *** ******* **** *** **** **** ** **** **** ******* **** * ******* **** ****** ********* *** *** ********** **************  They accepted the shipment at one city and refused to deliver to it's destination, how this even possible in this day and age?

      Unreliable. Keep changing delivery date of our snow blower. It is not weather related as it is apparently sitting on their dock at their facility about 30km from us. I cannot understand why anyone would do business with this company. Avoid.

      After years of shipping with Day and Ross .This last time cost me 11/25/2022 cost me $2000.00 and total over a 3 year period to the tune of over $12,000.00 .God knows what the retail cost would be .
      We ship around them at all cost if the price is with in a reasonable the value of the shipment .
      Use any other LTL company besides Day and Ross your dollar and reputation depend upon it.

      Don't trust **** ****** for the flat bed loads. He never follows through with his promises and tells falsehoods when pressured on ETA's

      Delivery was from Nov 6-12/2022
      I called customer service on the 12th as we did not get a phone call to say they were not coming. The excuse was bad weather in Calgary, we Googled "weather in Calgary that day was sunny skies"
      Nov 14th I called again and was told, my package was in Burnaby which is 1 hour away from us. Again I called Nov 18th Friday, I was told the delivery was arriving next day Saturday....NOT
      So, I called again today, Monday ov 21st, I was told my package was in Surrey, 45 minutes away. Lots of emails to tell me the it's in transit. WORSE ever experience ever. I will not recommend this shipping company, they suck!!! ??????

      Absolutely brutal service. A new excuse every day why they can make the delivery yet keep sending emails saying attempted to deliver. A scam company as far as im concerned. Writing seller and want my money back. They can chase day ross.
