      I hired this company to manage 3 multi family buildings in New Brunswick for me. They were hired and paid to collect rents and deal with any problems. In November 2023 they collected the rents for all 3 buildings on November 1. They sent me a credit memo showing that the rents had been collected. They are supposed to deposit the rents into my bank account on the 15th of the month. They did not. And they still have not. I have sent numerous emails and made numerous phone calls. I have never heard back from anyone. I also found out they collected security deposits for my tenants bus never submitted them to rentalsman, which is illegal. I have contacted the police buy they state this is not a criminal matter. I do not know how fraud and theft are not criminal matters. I hired a lawyer but we are not getting anywhere with them. Do not do business with this company or any of the companies under ***** Enterprises, they will rip you off.
