    I don’t know about other people’s experiences, but this was a FANTASTIC experience selling my truck to Clutch. Everything went super smooth, the offer was absolutely fair considering market value, and the funds were deposited within minutes of signing the paperwork. I will 100% be recommending Clutch to others.

    I had a very bad experience selling my car through Clutch. The staff at the office were incredibly rude and unprofessional. The receptionist, in particular, was extremely serious, unwelcoming, and showed clear signs of racist behavior. It was shocking and uncomfortable.
    This kind of customer service is completely unacceptable, especially from a company that claims to offer a hassle-free experience. I left feeling disrespected and frustrated. I would never recommend Clutch to anyone looking to sell their car.

    I have bought 1 car from them and sold two to them. Both buying and selling were good experiences. In buying, I could not believe how easy it was to return the first car and just ask for another one - actually $0 charges.
    For selling, I sold two cars to them and they beat any dealership offer by atleast $3000. It is insane. No just that, they always paid higher than what *** was showing for trade-in price (**********ca).

    I saw the ad come up on CP24 and was already thinking about selling my vehicle privately, filled out the online quote and figured like everything else it was too good to be true. Had Axel the field specialist come out and look over the vehicle, he was so polite and professional. They paid exactly what was quoted. Highly recommend to anyone looking to avoid the stress from a private sale.
