    Online: relatively simple but somewhat intimidating when you get into the actual purchase mechanics like volunteering bank info, etc.
    BUT, I was connected to a personal transaction assistant who guided and coached me throughout the online process. I'm older and suspicious/cranky/impatient with the online stuff. This real live assistant (*****) took all that away and fed me everything I needed to do and know and guided me through the process superbly.
    Clutch the corporation was rather inflexible in the process. I couldn't sit in the car till I bought it ( very short, problem with most car seats), but the Clutch folks in Halifax (*******) were great, friendly, accommodating, and helpful.
    Overall an excellent experience. The inflexibility of the bigger system was more than compensated for by the involvement of very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable human beings inserted at key points in the transaction.
    I would definitely recommend Clutch to anyone who is looking for a used car and feels somewhat apprehensive going through the greasy used car sales lot ceremony.

    I first heard about clutch from a coworker. I was looking to buy a new car and sell my current car. Trade in value I was given was very low from car dealers so looked at alternatives and that’s when I heard of clutch. I submitted the details of my car through the app got the estimate and then dropped it off a couple days later and after the 15 minute inspection it was done and I was sent the money to my account almost immediately. The experience was so pleasant and stress free. I would use clutch again and recommend the process to friends and family.
