  We dealt with Clutch for the first time today selling our vehicle. The process was quick and simple, I was shocked! They took care of everything and told me exactly what I needed to bring beforehand. Excellent customer service, and I will most likely visit Clutch again for future purchase/selling of my vehicles. We drove 5 hours to Clutch in Halifax and they were more than accommodating. I would recommend 10/10. Great job everyone at Clutch !!!

  Clutch was an amazing company to deal with. My sister had bought her car there about a year and a half ago and I was selling my car and she said try them so I went online. Did everything online it was super simple. And too simple actually I was like it seems like there should be something else that I have to do here. But no there wasn't they agreed on a price. It paid out my car loan so I was happy. And I went in and signed the papers and left my car and that was it. Like I said it was amazing

  Seamless process. Got an online quote on Friday. Dropped off my car on Sunday. Money in my account on Tuesday. Exact amount that was offered from the beginning, no hidden fees. Highly recommend.

  I was totally surprised by the Clutch's claim that I offered to sell my car at a certain price and after some procedure I bound to sell my vehicle to Clutch. I couldn't believe it, it is possible in the 21st century in Canada. I immediately blocked Clutch's email.

  I bought a car from Clutch in May 2022 - and I have to say I regret this decision. Turns out the car was a "lemon" - it has been causing me nothing but issues over the course of my ownership. I have had regular maintenance directly through the dealership.
  In a short time that I've owned the car, the following has happened: heating stopped working (within 6 months), water pump broke - causing check engine light (within 4 months), entire engine and turbos were replaced due to initial issues with cabin heating and coolant leaking (within 1 year). As of today - the heating in the car still doesn't work, which is terrible for Canadian winters. Also, upon delivery I noticed a few scratches on the interior of the car - which were not in the advertisement/pictures. When I called them about this (within my 10 day timeframe) they offered a $150 card for damage on my passenger door which was irreparable.
  Stay away from this business, their enticing model of "return your car in 10 days or XX KM" is a bet that in that short time, nothing major will go wrong with the car they sold you. Their is no accountability at all, and you will be stuck with a car you regret buying.
  I hope in the future that enough reviews and complaints are filed against this business that they change their service level. As of today - I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for a car.

  They told me they have a car fax with my vehicle I was trying to sell. That said the vehicle had been written off by my insurance company 2 times while the car was in my possession. Which is un true the car has never been scratched let alone am accident. I have a government mandatory used vehicle info package that says the vehicle has Not been in an accident or does Not have a brand. They will not follow the rules of the governing body in my province. Which is to go by the government mandatory info package not car fax.

  Feels like they should be considered a ****. Told them due to family situations I was unable to have a co signer so I had to do it on my own. Signed the bill of sale to finance a car but at the last minute having my G1 was a problem and they backed out. Then after getting my G2 I applied for a cheaper car and they said my income was an issue even though I had gotten a pay increase since my last application. So now my credit score is effected twice by them and I am out a car. They must love ruining a college students credit right as their trying to get it built.

  ********* offer practices. Lowball offer which just gets lower once they call to confirm details. We would have settled to pay less and not have the headache of selling privately, but *** single-handedly made this far more complicated than it needed to be. If I want to be inconvenienced I’ll just sell privately and get more for my vehicle.
  No where does it say they can’t buy a corporate vehicle with a wrap or deposit into a corporate account, but the day before the pickup appointment this is suddenly a problem.
  They charge an absorbent “non refundable” fee to come take your car. So basically, they could give you a lowball offer on the spot and you can either take it or be out $270+
  I could go on but why bother? They lost themselves a corporate client that buys and sells fleet vehicles by not having knowledge staff or transparent policies.

  I was quoted an amount for my vehicle and had 14 days to decide and schedule a time for them to pick it up. I agreed to sell it to Clutch and 2 days before it expired I called them to inquire why they had reduced my initial offer by $1500. They claim that after doing a ****** report it indicated that I had the car serviced in the US and the garage used miles instead of kilometres and that potential buyers may see this as tampering with the odometer which is in kilometres being a Canadian vehicle. I find this ridiculous! An excuse to lower my initial quote. Would never use this company who don’t Stan by their word!
