    Very easy process. They offered a fair price, and honoured the offer. The only issue was a an issue with the CARFAX report, which had nothing to do with Clutch, but they helped me resolve the issue.

    Great experience from beginning to end! Really everything was done over a few days. The experience to upload paperwork was simple with representatives calling me back promptly. The drop off was a breeze! Almost cannot believe how easy they make it for you. For a “non car savvy” person like myself, this is hands down the easiest way to sell a vehicle. They’re trusting and make the experience simple.

    I must admit that I was leery, but the whole transaction went smoothly. My only complaint is that I think that they should have waived the delivery charge of $169 in light of the delivery date and time changes. Who knows? Maybe they will see this and refund my money. Now that would be great customer service!

    By FAR - THE BEST selling experience I've ever experienced selling my car PERIOD. You upload some basic info to their site and get an instant offer that's way better than at the dealerships and you avoid haggling and no show private sale customers. Provided what you said is true, you get to sell it instantly for the same price. The chaps working at this location (all the way at the back of the parking lot) were some of the nicest people I've ever met. They treat you with such respect and dignity I even wondered am I in Canada any more? I'm not used to being treated so nicely. Also most of the cars ive seen sold were very nice and almost brand new, leading me to believe you should seriously consider buying a used car from Clutch too. I think most sellers on clutch realize they bought too much car and try to sell ASAP. Because junkers can be sold easily on ****** etc
