My experience with MVS has been great! They send updates through email, calls to verify order, etc., very friendly and easy to work with staff. The pick-up of my vehicle was on time and delivery was super quick! They advised me 11 days but reached the destination in 4 days!!! I'm super impressed! Thank you MVS and your partners!!! I will recommend MVS!!!

The hands-down worst service I have ever had, the driver was so rude and very ignorant, no show 2 times while I paid someone to wait for them from 3 pm to 7 am and a no show! Then had someone else on the so-called return trip wait around all day again, NO SHOW! and their service is a joke. I have used a lot of companies to transport, and I have never been so screwed around as this company has done to us. I paid them upfront they book a date, but they don't show up, They rebook, rebook, and rebook and then don't show up, I had to hire another company to pick up the truck I already paid them for to have delivered. They made my company look like fools, and I am very upset with how they dealt with us, they said sorry no refunds for the pick up they never did, and no refund for the transport I paid for to have the vehicle delivered, they kept my money and never did the job, I am out $1.200.00 from them and paid $1500 to another company. It saddens me to have to write this but they are a company I will never use, recommend or even speak of. Lucus was far from help. jack clowns. the worst experience ever! Hi Glen, I would like to address your complaint.
Unless a dedicated shipment is chosen, our shipments are always contingent upon lining up other shipments for the requested route. Due to the requirement for having the truck delivered on a specific day, we offered a dedicated shipment but that option was declined and the booking proceeded under the understanding that we need flexibility to line up other shipments for the route and that we cannot guarantee specific pickup or delivery dates.
We were originally told that the vehicle would be ready on Tuesday, December 13th which gave us a window of 3 days to get the vehicle from the Okanagan to Vancouver, BC before filming began around noon on Friday, Dec 16th.
We were able to line up other shipments for the route that fit inside this 3 day window and the truck driver contacted the shop where the vehicle was being worked on on Wednesday, Dec 14th but the driver was notified that the truck was not ready, despite already being told that it was going to be ready on the 13th. The truck driver offered a later pickup on Thursday, Dec 15th to see if that would help the shop, which was accepted by the pickup contact. The driver reworked his schedule to arrive in the Okanagan for the evening of Thursday, Dec 15th, but encountered delays and arrived early in the morning of Friday, Dec 16th. He was also told that he would receive a new number for a contact person in the Okanagan, but didn't receive it until late in the night which lead to no communication. The driver encountered road closures for construction on the way to make delivery, and arrived two hours late for filming.
On Saturday, Dec 17th we updated the order notifying the customer that the vehicle was assigned to a truck to be picked up within the next couple of days. On Dec 19th a cancellation was requested by the customer. They were notified that the vehicle was already assigned, and, as per our Terms & Conditions and notice on the original quote, we are unable to provide a refund for the shipment after the vehicle had been assigned to the truck.
The customer decided to continue the shipment but postpone it until mid-January. We reached out to the customer on Jan 11th to confirm the first available date for shipping and were told that we would be contacted early the following week to let us know. Three weeks passed, with multiple attempts to contact the customer by email and by phone, before we heard back that the vehicle would be ready on Feb 13th. Two more follow-up emails were sent on Feb 6th and Feb 17th with no response until Feb 21st when we were notified that the customer was assigning another person to the order as they had become unavailable.
We immediately contacted the new person and were notified that space had to be made to receive the vehicle at the destination but we were aiming to pick up the vehicle late the following week (first few days of March) pending space being available to store the vehicle at the destination.
The truck driver had availability between Mar 1-3 and when the new contact responded to us, he notified us that "next Thursday will work for us". Twenty-four minutes after the contact emailed us this response, we replied asking for clarification on the date because we had implied the Thursday prior to the one the mentioned. Two more emails were sent as well as a voicemail before we heard back on Mar 10th, after the date that we could have had the vehicle picked up.
On Mar 10th the driver spoke to the new contact to arrange pickup on Saturday, Mar 11th. The driver was intending to arrive around noon but could not make it until around 4:00pm on Saturday, Mar 11th. When he updated the contact earlier in the day, he was notified that the contact could not wait for him to arrive. Since the contact was not flexible to meet the driver, as the industry requires, we could not pick up the vehicle.
On Mar 27th after another attempt over the weekend which was delayed for mechanical issues, the original customer and new contact were notified that the driver has not been able to make it to pick up the vehicle but was going to be in the area later that week to pick it up. As of this reply, no contact has been made by the customer or new contact other than this review which notifies us that they no longer need our service.Review fromRichard R

The service from staff at drop off and pick up was professional, efficient, and friendly. The online and email services for the quote and explaining the process and pick up and drop off points made the whole process easy from start to finish. The tracking service was really helpful in letting me know where my vehicle was and when it would arrive. My vehicle was shipped within the time they specified and arrived without any damage or issues. I'm always looking for a lower price on anything these days, but the cost seemed reasonable with the quality of the service.MVS Canada Logistics Inc.

Great service from start to finish. Vehicle went from Calgary to Caledon, Ontario. Easy drop off in Calgary and very accommodating on the Caledon end to pick up the vehicle at a convenient time. MVS arranged the shipping of my car from Toronto (Scarborough) to Vancouver (Delta) in December 2022. Drop-off to delivery (impacted by one of Vancouver's heaviest ever snowstorms) was just over the 3 weeks suggested by MVS. Understandable under the circumstances. MVS's service was conducted professionally with frequent updates provided during the railing process.
