    I had a fantastic experience with MVS in the shipment of my vehicle from Guelph Ont. to Edmonton AB. A driver picked up my vehicle from Guelph at my daughters home and drove it to the location where it would be loaded on the auto hauler and from there it was transported to Edmonton in exactly the same condition that it was when it left Ontario.I cannot express how happy i was with the overall experience in the pick up and delivery of my vehicle and the staff at MVS were always quick to keep me informed of when and where my vehicle would be delivered.The whole trip took 12 days from pick up to delivery in Edmonton which was quick for the distance it traveled in winter conditions.
    Thanks again and I will be recommending your service to anyone that i know that requires a vehicle transport in the future

    Shopped around and found MVS to be the best priced, most accommodating in reference to pick-up timings, and easiest to deal with.

    our car went from Carp, Ontario to Whitehorse , Yukon. When we dropped off the car in Carp, the service was Courteous . We were able to track the car at every stop, for a total of stops of about 6. The last stop, the driver called us about 12 hours prior of his arrival to Whitehorse and then 1 hour away from White horse. I recommend MVS CAnada very highly .

    Dear MVS,

    I am facing a bad experience with you. I booked for shipping my vehicle from Ontario to Saskatchewan on October 13, 2022 & dropped my Vehicle as per your request on 28th October 2022. Until today 18th November 2022 the Vehicle is not being shipped & getting a poor response from the Team. Even the Customer care are not able to give a date of shipment. I gone through your reviews & get shocked seeing positive reviews from Customers. If MVS dont have a proper facility to ship vehicles, why you people are wasting the time of others.
    After dropping the vehicle for shipping, I am using a rent a car paying a huge amount. Who will pay for that? Feeling very sad.????

    nothing but excuses and a lot of wasted time, NEVER EVER use this company . I cancelled after almost 3 weeks, and they charged me a 200 dollar fee, for what i considered all their fault. only gave them 1 star, because there was nothing lower.

    Hi Mike,

    We are sorry to hear that your experience shipping your vehicle has not met your expectations. Although you are free to share your opinion, I would like to lay out some of the facts so that there is an understanding of why you were charged $200 for canceling your order at the last minute.

    To begin, you were given a quote which covered our policy in regards to shipping times and expectations. At the time of quoting, you were informed the driver that we use for this route was booking 2-3 weeks in advance. All shipments are quoted in a non-dedicated multi-vehicle trailer, and as such, transportation must be organized with other vehicles going on similar routes and because of this and other factors, like weather delays, mechanical issues, etc, specific pick up or delivery dates are not guaranteed.

    After your order was booked with the carrier on October 24th, we were notified that the carrier had an opening available in his schedule to pick up the vehicle on October 27th and we updated your online tracking accordingly. Unfortunately, he ran into delays going through the mountains (which are not uncommon at this time of the year) which affected the opening in his schedule and he was unable to pick up your vehicle before proceeding with shipments booked weeks before yours. We apologize if this set a false sense of shipping time, this is not what we intend when trying to pick up your vehicle when carriers have openings in their schedules.

    Over the next week, the carrier continued with his previously booked shipments while working to get to the lower mainland to pick up your vehicle. Unfortunately, inclement weather hindered his attempts as he was in Calgary when it was hit with over 2 feet of snow and the highways between Calgary and Vancouver became snowy and icy which slowed down all traffic.

    On Monday, Nov 7th (14 days from your booking being processed), the carrier was in Vancouver with a spot on his truck reserved for your vehicle and when he reached out to the body shop where the vehicle was located to arrange a pick up time slightly after closing, the person that he spoke to said that they did not want to wait for him. When we had spoken to you at the time of booking, you had notified us that the employees at the body shop would be flexible to meet after hours if given notice; unfortunately this did not prove to be true and meant that the carrier could not pick up your vehicle. The carrier contacted us and relayed that you two had spoken and discussed a scenario where he would be in the lower mainland again later that week and that you seemed to be okay with that.

    Speaking with the carrier on November 9th, he notified us that he was in Salmon Arm with vehicles headed for Calgary and because of delays on the highways through the mountains, it looked like his plan for arriving back to the lower mainland for later that week would have to be adjusted. Since this meant that pick up from the body shop would likely be delayed again because the shop employees refused to meet after hours, we discussed arranging a local truck to get it from the shop during business hours to be stored until he could pick it up and continue the shipment.

    You then refused this option and wished to cancel the order. As the contract states, any cancellation within the quoted time period and with the driver having been assigned the load is subject to a minimum $200 cancellation penalty plus any applicable carrier related fees. We are actually fortunate in this case as the carrier is contractually eligible for keeping the entire amount in the case of a last minute cancellation that causes lost time or affects their scheduled loads.

    Again, we are sorry to see that your experience with us did not live up to your standards. We value our customers' opinions and would like to thank you for giving us this feedback. Your opinion matters and we have used this information to ensure a better quality of service moving forward.

    Very satisfied with all the service. I was shipping a vehicle that belonged to my sister-in-law after her husband died suddenly. Was a very complicated time and all of your help and information was greatly appreciated.
