      I purchased a package over $2000 in advance for ***** and filler for my wedding. Only to find out * ** ******** *** I am medically not able to proceed. Only to be told no refund but u can exchange it for other services. I don’t want another service. I paid for a service *** ** ******* and can no longer have it done for medical reasons! Asked to speak to a manger higher up only to be told there is no one else! Poor customer service and business etiquette!

      After seeing many ads on social media, I booked an appointment for a consultation for coolsculpting.
      Seconds through the door I was handed a patient form. I thought it strange because it was a consultation, not treatment appointment.
      From there, a woman brought me to a small room. She didn't introduce herself, tell me her credentials or anything, just asked the areas I wanted to target. She then took out some plastic things, pressed them against my body without any explanation of what these things are, what purpose they serve or what she was doing. She then said she "needed to consult" with someone else, I heard some muttering beyond the door then she came back saying "yes, we can do the treatment". I asked for more information but didn't receive anything more than what their website states.
      Then I was taken to the sales rep's room. ****** ***** ** *** **** ** ***** I stated many times I wanted to think about it. She applied pressure. * **** *** ******* ******* **** **** *** ****** **** ****** She applied more pressure and lowered her number. I felt very overwhelmed and kept saying I wanted time to think but in the end, the extreme sales pressure broke me and sadly, I caved. I was then led straight to the payment machine.
      Within the hour, having gone over the experience in my mind, I decided this wasn't right for me and seemed overall not right at all. What medical clinic doesn't want their patients to think things over? It's a sales driven business, ***** ****. Payment before treatment and contracts. They don't care about ***** ********** *********** ** the experience provided. I have no confidence in the safety of treatments provided.
      I've been going back and forth with their director of Patient Care. I’ve explained how awful the experience was, that no real consultation or information was provided. * **** *** ***** ****** ** *********** ***** and she just offers other services in lieu and that service is non-refundable. ********** business.

      There were no medical professionals involved. Nobody introduced themself as a "medical professional", in fact the person doing the "consultation" didnt even introduce herself. As for this "patient consultant" after the "medical professional", she is a sales person. Who are you (respondant) to say i seemed very excited about [my] treatment? You were not there, if you were, you'd know I said I wanted to think on it but instead was pressured to accept. The thoughtful options offered was a chemical peel, and I said no thank you. If you respect autonomy as you say you do, you'd provide a refund. But you don't and I'm left paying the bill.

      Absolutely disappointing experience. I’ve been getting ***** for many years and have never encountered anything like this. Upon arrival, I was told I needed 75 units—an unusually high dosage. I agreed to 60 units, which is still excessive.
      Post-treatment, my forehead feels completely frozen and unnaturally heavy, especially above my eyes. The specialist did not open the vial in front of me, nor did they show the brand used. Everything was prepared out of sight, and the procedure felt rushed and impersonal.
      This clinic appears transactional and money-driven, rather than professional or patient-focused. NEVER AGAIN!

I feel like I was ****** into signing up for my ******** lips. * ****** **** *** *** *** **** * *** ***** *** * ******* ****   I paid $1000 for ******** when it was advertised half price. The girl said it was buy one get one half price but it was advertised half price ********. **** ***** **** **** ** **** ** ** **** **** ********* *** it should have been no more than $500. I’m looking for a credit. They want me back in 2 weeks and then 2 months for a touch up. No way it’s just more money. I’ve been there before for the ***** sales and she brought that up. *** ******* **** **** I only went for sales.

      I had seen a promo for 50% discount on ********* and set up an appointment for their Oakville branch on March 4th 2025. I went it for a consultation only and had no plans to sign up. However once I got a sales rep she pushed me about the offer and just wanted me to set up the treatment. At one point I even said I should check with my doctor and she said no these treatments are safe. I was uneasy but **** * ************ ****** ***** ****** *********** **** * ********* ****** **** ** got swayed and agreed to sign up. Got me to sign up for a treatment and also ******* ** to pay $100 for a future service as there was a 50% offer. She said you don't have to pay anything upfront and we work with ****** to make installment. It was so rushed and I was feeling over whelmed but when along with it. At no point was I told this is non refundable or even pointed to the clause on the form which was a fine print on the back which I found later when I called for a refund! they set up my first appointment for March 14.
      Once I got home I got second thoughts and anxious about a treatment. I spoke to my health professional *** *** **** **** ** *** ** ** *** *** *********** ** * ** * **** ***** ******** *******. I called their helpline on March 8 and cancelled my appointment as it was after hours. The agent doesn't tell me about the refund clause at that time. Then I called up ****** to cancel my order and they said to call Skin Vitality to ask for a refund. When I did call them next morning they said " Sorry the treatment is non refundable" I was under the cooling period and I had not even gone for any treatment yet and they refused to refund $3390 plus the $100 in advance.
      I sent a dispute with ****** but they didnt resolve my complaint. I will never have that treatment with them if they ***** ** **** ** ***** ** ******* *** don't understand that a customer can have a change of heart. So so disappointed. Will be taking this to Consumer Protection Ontario

      Please know that while our staff is extremely knowledgeable and passionate about the services we provide, we do not have the ability or intention to coerce or force anyone into visiting our clinic, applying for financial loans, or entering into a contractual agreement. These are personal choices and commitments made by you.
      Additionally, our cancellation and refund policy is clearly outlined in bold on the one-page agreement that is reviewed and signed prior to treatment.
      That being said, we genuinely want you to feel comfortable and supported. If you feel that a different service may be more appropriate for your needs, we would be happy to assist you with an exchange.       Booked a consultation. Was taken into the financing office and asked how I wanted to pay. Was offered 0% financing. Was under the impression that I was only getting pre approved for this loan. After some thought I wanted to cancel my appointment. Was told I already signed a loan and would be charged regardless of receiving treatment or not. Your finance receptionist should be verbally telling people this is a “pay before treatment” procedure. Always read the fine print *** ** ********* ***** *** **** **** ******* ** *** People **** ***** **** to deal with on the phone and would not budge because “it’s a contract ***** *** *****. Will never return or recommend this place.

      Stoney Creek location is wonderful. 8 year client. Perfection. I haven't been in awhile, but the minor filler (not huge lips) maintains longer each time, 8 to 10 months. Cheek fillers work effectively *** ***** ******** to lift lines around mouth. RN's are super kind, talented, and a shout out to Adriana of sales. No complaints. But don't get that freezing fat thing, it doesn't work. (I did it under my chin).

      I think they do a horrible job and what ever they are injecting doesn't make any difference.
      It was a total waste of my money.

      I was a customer of skin vitality for several years and was very satisfied with ***** treatments. However, one day I decided to try lip filler and **** ******* *** I was unsatisfied so they offered to dissolve it but I had to sign some paperwork and I didn’t trust that dissolving would be good. I went to another private injector to get it fixed.
      **** ******** **** ** **** *** **** ** **** ****** **** ******* ******* **** **** ********* *** ****** *** **** ** **** **** **** ****** ******* **** ********** ** ***** ** *** *** **** * ****** ***** I told skin vitality that I had to fix my results with another injector *** **** *** * ********** ***. Instead of offering fair compensation they gaslit me by saying that the results they gave me looked perfect and therefore my feelings were not valid.
      I went to my credit card company and filed a dispute because they were clearly not going to give me a refund. I already had to pay more to get them redone. Once they found out the ‘customer care’ director Sarah P. ********** to send my info to a collections agency *** *****. Once I won the credit card case she decided to ban me from all Skin Vitality locations and wipe my existing 30 units of ***** I had remaining on the account. **** * *************** ************** *** ***** ******** * ** ******* ******** * *** ** ******* *** ****** ** ***** **** ******* ** *** ****** ********

      This patients filler was completed without issue. Nearly perfect results were obtained. Patient returned for a follow-up where she indicated she was pleased with the results. Photo documentation confirms this. Following the successful treatment, the patient initiated an illegitimate/********** chargeback which has resulted in her file being sent to a third part collection agency.
