  *** ****** ****** I go for my first time to get the promotion of 30 units for $87 and walked out paying 376. Nobody said I could only use 20 now and come back for the other 10. Nobody said anything about the peel that was included. They gave me this high price making me think I needed so much done. Yet poked me 6 times and said 47 units and try to confuse me why so high. When I reach out I get a respond to send a email here and here. They had a sale of units for $ 9 after the 30. * **** ******* ***** ********* ***

  I was interested in getting information about body sculptra I called and was invited for a free consultation. Upon arrival I was one of two people in the waiting area! I filled out the forms sat for 30-45 minutes before seeing 2 ladies one is the nurse the other idk because she left like 5 seconds into me entering the room and 2 minutes with the nurse just to talk pictures and put two circle then tell me I need xyz treatment then ask if I have questions about something I'm new to then send me out to wait on the financial department to tell the price. Waited another 30 minutes to get to the room then felt pressured into securing a promotional deal so * ******* ****** **** ** *** *** * ***** **** ** ********** ***** * **** **** *** ***** *** then introduce to see if im qualified for a loan. Yes I was approved but still considering I have lots of responsibilities so I was still stalling thinking I explained I don't want to **** *** **** ***** ** ** ****** then she cut the loan into 2 to do half the treatment and resend loan application then waited on me patiently to confirm I felt so pressure and she was even saying how I have good credit to be approved of that large amount and even told her I want to keep my credit great ! So I told her I'll do a deposit of $500 to lower the loan and minimum payments. She walked me to the front when waiting area full no seat left to sit and she hand the machine to pay I paid and I ask if thats it she said yes someone will get me booked in. I stood ther waiting for someone to help then she came oh sign here please I felt so anxious with all the ppl in the waiting area I blindly signed then she told me all deposits are non refundable gave me a copy and staple the receipt then I got help to book a appointment and after I stepped out getting fresh air it came to me why after paying its non refundable. **** ******** ** ******** **** I canceled the appointment 3 days after email & called no answer. I need the loan to be canceled please.

  I paid $500 instore and i had went ahead to cancel the third party loan but I cannot get the cancelation completed without skin vitality confirmation that I am indeed canceling.

  ** ********** **** ***** Constant Social media Marketing campaigns and telecentre call centers / and their reps calling you from cell phones while unloading groceries from their cars!
  **** ******** * ****** ******* ** ********* *** ****** ********* ****** I was sucked into a package of units two years ago. I have gone twice there.. To the location in Milton. I have been going to great clinics in the Guelph Area for YEARS. and NEVER had any issues only great results from regular amount of units. I have never had more than 35 units. and had full results for my 4 months before another treatment. I start going here, hardly full results, and since i had units on file, my number of 'units' required and used went up to 60?? from 35. no new areas treated from the last 7 years of doing it. no need to increase the dosage. So i am HIGHLY aware that the number of units used were absolutely not accurate, or unreal, and they used whatever they did.
  On top of this .. I have been bruised twice! i have NEVER once been bruised in all those years. but both times at this clinic. !! THIS time. not only a bump and burse, but a BLACK EYE? she saw it when it happened and brushed it off, sometimes it happens, let me see if i have any ****** here to put on it for you.. then "oh, doesn't look like we do.. " but ******** sells it.. IM SORRY what? a skin clinic that often has this happen, yet they choose not to carry anything to apply to it when it does happen to stop it from getting worse?
  anyways.. I don't know what im more upset about..
  A. the marketing tricks, and suspicious Increase of units from ever before after buying a package at a lower unit rate from a girl on the phone unloading her groceries from her car, or the black eye ..
  also - results have never been so minimal last time.

  I went in for a free consultation sometime in September and ended up being ***** into a procedure I didn't want to get. I was overwhelmed and rushed to sign papers and to sign up with ******. I was reluctant to sign up for ****** but I was insisted on. * **** ** * ***** ***** **** * *** ***** I never went to the appointment and never entered the location again. I have contacted the exchange and finance department and have gotten no response to help me free this loan ******** ** *** There was no product used, no service, and no labour done, it is reasonable to refund me/ free the loan. I have contacted ****** and it is on behalf of SkinVitality to allow for the refund. ** *** * ****** ** **** ******** ** *** ***** ** *** ******* I am asking for some consideration and cooperation.

  It’s the worst Botox treatment I have ever experienced. I had a full treatment on December 30th 2023 and after two weeks till now which is March 2nd, I didn’t see any results. When I complained about it, they asked me to pay for another full treatment! I have never been behaved like this. I have been getting Botox since I was 28 and every single time I was happy with the results. After complaining, they offered me 10 complimentary units on my next full treatment which is ridiculous. * **** ***** **** ***** ** **** ***** ****** *** **** *** ****** *** **** **********

  Patients are advised to return to the clinic for a 2 week follow-up appointment if they have any concerns or muscle movement as additional units must be added within this time frame. You did not attend a 2 week follow-up, rather, visited the clinic 2 months post treatment. As thoroughly explained, it is not safe or recommended to apply a "touch-up" 2 months post treatment. As a kind gesture, we offered you complimentary units towards your next session in "lieu off" the touch-up appointment you missed.

  Today was my first time at the clinic. I feel very disappointed *** ****** ***. I usually just get 20 units of *****. I went because of the promotion. They made me pay $250 plus tax. Then came back and said to do my eyes was another $200. I didnt receive the whole 35 units that was agreed.I felt pressured and said no. I was extremely uncomfortable and disappointed that they made me pay first to get something that was agreed upon. Then came back and said oops we didn’t include that in the cost. I will not return and hope that I could refunded for the units they never used.

  I’ve been getting ***** for over a decade at a number of different places throughout Toronto and the GTA.
  I recently got some work done at the Skin Vitality in London, ontario. The employees working at Skin Vitality are over the top nice and sweet with their customers. Customer service is 10 out of 10 no doubt.
  The only issue I have, and I know this is a huge accusation. But I suspect the ***** is diluted. The last few years I’ve always only needed 45 units of ***** max to achieve my desired look (completely frozen). But at this location they told me I needed 60. Shocking, but I agreed. Even after the 60 units I still have fine lines and movement, so I went in for an additional 10 units (free of charge), and after 3 weeks I see absolutely no difference. It’s actually clear that the fine lines are getting worse, meaning the 70 units of ***** I received are already fading after 5 weeks. I’ve never in my life experienced this kind of effect from ***** from any other place. Won’t be going here again. I’m convinced the units are diluted.

  I would argue my before and after photos don’t show a great result, given that the guarantee was to be 100% frozen with no movement, yet even after the additional 20 units, there was absolutely no change, visible movement and lines, and the ***** actually started fading within a couple weeks. I find it hard to believe that Skin Vitality is not diluting their ***** more than the recommended doses, since I had to get 20 additional units than I normally would, with the worst result I’ve ever had.
  I will be returning to my usual clinic in Toronto in a couple months and comparing the results (with less units of *****) to better confirm my suspicions.

  Ive had only wonderful experiences at skin vitality. I have been using the ajax and whitby locations for several years. The nurses are kind and highly skilled at what they do. They have fantastic promotions and their pricing is very competitive.

  Since Aug. 30,2023 after having a zoom call with N....... and having also been preapproved with ****** had decided to cancel my appointment for Sept 5, 2023 as I knew I could not afford to proceed with the procedure . I did cancel with ****** but they need Skin Vitality to contact them but they have not as of yet. I did not sign any document that were sent to me through email, I didn't even open the file. I have sent numerous emails to N....... and was told to contact the Skin Vitality finance department which have not responded to me. I have in the past had procedure done and was fine with everything but now * ** ****** **** * **** **** ******* *( I just need Skin Vitality to contact ****** and say she decided not to have this procedure and please dissolve the loan as there was not service provided as the customer has cancelled.
