Well it’s being over 2 months and they haven’t shipped anything and won’t answer my calls or respond to emails anymore.       It's been 11 days and I still have not received my order or a tracking number. Called, left voicemail, texted as per message when leaving a voicemail, sent numerous emails. I received one email 5 days later stating I would receive tracking number on Monday... It's now Wednesday and no response. Not a good company to deal with.

      Hello, I ordered a part back in June and they said it would be shipped within 3-7 days it's been almost 2 months they took my payment but no part shipped. We've called multiple times with no help.       We paid $900. for a motorized car *** *** ********. It worked a couple of times only. KIds on Wheels will not respond to us, and will not honor warranty. Whats worse is the **** ******** ********* card Insurance company (*******) will not give warranty on this either as they say kids on wheels MUST honor it in the first year. **** warranty only cuts in after the one-year manufacturer warranty.

      Ordered 24V ****, received a 12V, have emailed, called multiply times, texted and stayed on line for their"Chat" on their website, nobody has even attempted to contact me.
