      Ordered a ***** ***** little red wagon on August 8, 2023. They charged my credit card and received payment. It is now October 25, 2023. I have not received wagon. I have called and left messages. I have emailed many times. They responded once saying that the wagon was delayed in US Customs. But I haven't heard anything again. I've emailed over and over.       bought go electric go cart hly8888 at the end of june for my grandsons birthday on october 10 delv date came and went I tried to contact them and couldn't they sent a email and said there was a problem and they would fix and ship it;.rrived at the end of october. next problem go cart started to make a popping sound on 1 of the rear wheels I thought it was the cog on one of the wheels but swapped wheels around and it was the cog that wheel went into. the part was still in warranty have been trying for 3 months to get them to call me back they said 24 hrs. I give up will just find part and buy it.....

      Ordered an item one month ago worth over $1000.00 and still have not received merchandise. Tried contacting the company many times and no response with regards to when we will receive the item. Threatened to report them to our credit card company as ***** and they updated their tracking system to “shipped” but failed to provide tracking number and expected date of delivery. Contacted them several times to confirm tracking number and still no response.

      We have purchased a ******* **** from the company on may 1st. Everything arrived ran good for the first few months on September 14th I have sent them a message addressing an issue that the **** is broken( won’t go foward or reverse anymore ) and they sent me a message on September 15 to say that they will send me a new mother board. We are now October 7th and Have not received any other information or contact from them.
      Having to say to a 2 year old that his **** is broken is hard. And paid over 800$CAD

      We ordered a battery powered vehicle at the end of May/early June for our son. While shipping said it would be delivered a few days after his birthday, by July it still hadn’t arrived and we hadn’t heard anything. When we tried for weeks to contact them with no replies or answered phone calls, we received and email saying it was expected August 18. Great. August comes and goes, Sept is almost over and now they’re still not answering phone calls, emails or text messages and blocking any alternative phone number we use. We have the receipt and ********* payments to prove it’s paid for but this company has awful customer service and at this point we just want our money back. But oh, no replies to phone calls or emails or text messages. Put in a complaint with **** and talked to *********. ** *** ***** **** **** *********

      Just received an email claiming covid delays from the company Kidz on Wheels, but we’ll see if we actually receive the item we paid $1000 for over a year ago. Very frustrating, awful communication and bad business.
