      Placed order for kids dirtbike on May 2nd, 2025. Received shipping number after a few days from ******* Transport, with tracking number. Shipment said delivered, and thereafter continued to say “delivery exception”. Last update from midland tracking on May 23rd. It is now the week of June 15th. I called midland, and they suspect the bike never left kids on wheelz warehouse.

      Kids on Wheelz is telling me it’s been “delivered”, despite all other information telling me otherwise. Has been difficult to get a response from, and the ones I have gotten, have been unhelpful.

      I am reaching out in regards to my orders: ******** and ********

      Both of these orders are from KIDS ON WHEELZ and the product was never received and I have since been unable to reach them.

      Looking for a refund for both of these orders.

      The Timeline:

      I have screenshots and all the documentation should you require it breaking this down.

      March 21st - Ordered an ATV for $747.49 and paid
      March 27th - Emailed Company for an update on the shipping date - No response
      April 9th - Emailed Company and called for an update on the shipping date - No response
      April 10th - Emailed Company and called for an update on the shipping date - No response
      April 10th - Called Company 10 times, finally someone picked up the phone. Was advised the ATV I ordered was recalled and not available anymore.
      April 10th - Company emailed me other ATV options. Noted I would pay the increased cost for these opions.
      April 10th - Ordered a different ATV with an increased cost of $287.49 and paid
      April 17th - Emailed Company and called for an update on the shipping date - No response
      April 18th, 19th, 21st, 22nd - Emailed Company and called for a refund and to cancel the orders - No response

      Looking to cancel and refund these two orders as the product as never received and the company is impossible to reach.

      Placed an order Jan 10 for a ******* ** stand for $319.99 and received confirmation notice of purchase. 3 weeks later no sign of shipment or movement on this order. Reached out via email Feb 2 and received canned reply stating they would check with warehouse, then nothing. Ghosted. No reply to follow up inquiries, no reply to requests for refund, or returned phone messages. Their phone number goes to automated message box with no business info. The location street address in Toronto appears to be a furniture store and their "business headquarters" in Alton looks to be a gas station. Wish I checked the BBB first before placing this order as this is clearly a ********** company given the exact complaints from others here. Have reported the fraud to my credit card company to attempt to recoup payment. Will reach out to ****** to do the same and file a complaint with the Police. ** *** *** **** **** ********

      I ordered a bike on Sept 21, 2024. I called on October 1st 2024 to get an update on the status of the order. Someone told me that they no longer had that bike in stock. So they cancelled my order and said to expect a refund. It is now Nov 22 2024 and any refund should have been received by now. When I contacted the seller, they told me to send an email, which was never replied to. They have since stopped taking my calls, I guess they see my phone number and ignore it. * **** ***** ****** ** **** ******** ******* *** ***** ***** ** ** **** ****** **** **** **** negative experience where product doesn't arrive for months and/or refunds never getting processed.

      September 12 - Ordered a battery for kids ride on car in the amount of $169.49. Shipping was anticipated to take a week (Sept 19 - 21)
      September 30 - Emailed support - no response.
      October 12 - ******** message sent - no response.
      October 17 - Tried to dispute transaction through visa and was denied
      November 4 - Spammed a few of their ******** posts to say I was still waiting for a battery.
      They responded on Nov 5 that they were sending “to the team for feedback”.
      Email sent to support again - no response
      Left a voicemail on their system - no response.
      November 23 - spammed a few more ******** posts to try and solicit a response. I am again trying to dispute transaction through visa.

      *** ** **** ******* *** ********** *****? They have my money for a product that has not been delivered with NO communication on when it might be coming or how to get a refund.

      On July 29, 20024 I placed an order for a ******* ****** * and then on August 2, 2024 I upgraded the order to a ******* **. I then got an email that confirmed that my orders were placed and my credit card was charged for the total amount of $960.74. The email also said that I would be sent another email shortly to confirm when the item is shipped. I have never gotten that email or any other email or contact from them. It is now October 8, 2024. I have tried calling them, emailing them, and contacting them through their customer support on their website several times. I have never heard back from them. I would like someone from Kids On Wheelz to contact me so I can get a full refund or my actual order.

      On Nov 16, 2023 I purchased a 2 seater 24V licensed **** super duty **** electric kids ride on car with parent remote control for my 4 year old son for Christmas as a Santa gift. Living in northern BC, he wasn’t able to use his truck outside until April of 2024. After approximately 2 weeks of using it outdoors, it wouldn’t drive forward. It only drove in reverse. On April 23/24 I contacted kids on Wheelz via email and was forwarded to a technician who requested a video of my son pushing on the pedals in forward and reverse and pictures of the new mother board installed. They told me that they were sending a new mother board. I received the new mother board on June 14/24 and this time the truck wouldn’t move forward or in reverse. I immediately contacted the technician again. Once again the technician asked for a video and pictures which I immediately sent. I was informed again that they were sending a new mother board that was being programmed. I received the 2nd mother board on July 22/24 and after I installed it I realized that the battery was dead. I went to charge it and it wouldn’t charge. I will add that the truck was stored in doors during the time it wasn't being used. I emailed the company on July 24, Aug 7, 13 and 21 with no response. I also called the company on July 24, 29, 30, 31 (2 times), Aug 5 (2 times), Aug 7 (5 times) and Aug 8. I sent text messages on Aug 5 & 7. All phone calls, emails and texts have gone unanswered. I just want my money back at this point. I don’t want new parts or a replacement truck.

      BOUGHT A PRODUCT FOR MY GRANDSON AND IT IS PAST THE EXPECTED DELIVERY DATE AND I STILL HAVE RECEIVED NO NOTIFICATION THAT IT HAS EVEN SHIPPED. I AM UNABLE TO GET IN TOUCH WITH ANYONE FROM THE COMPANY VIA PHONE CALLS, TEXTS OR EMAILS I HAVE TRIED ALL 3 ON NUMEROUS OCCASIONS. I JUST WANT THE PRODUCT I ORDERED OR A REFUND AT THIS POINT.

      On 7/29/2024 I ordered a part, they charged my credit card and have never shipped that part. I have tried calling them, but I got no answer, and the message says that voicemails are not monitored. I have also tried emailing them but have received no response.

      Order very expensive item from them, was told an estimated delivery date.
      It wasn’t until I had it paid for that I was told they do not provide tracking number- this should have been told up front. What kind of business doesn’t give tracking numbers? They took my money, the item has not been received, and will not give a refund. They have not returned any phone calls or emails.
