      ** ** *** ** *** ***** ******** ******** Unfortunately, my package is delayed for a few days, and every day they postpone today to tomorrow for some reason, and I still haven't received my package, when it should have been delivered to me 2-3 days ago. Their online tracking number system is really bad and it is not clear at all what the status of my order is Very poor costumer services and no good response at all, and I really don't know why they delayed sending my package so much.

      ***** ****** ** * ****** *** ***** **** *** *** ***** ******* **** ****** ******* ***** I made two orders from two different companies, ******* and ****, who unfortunately use TForce and it has been the WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! Even though I have given clear instructions MORE THAN ONCE to TForce that they need to deliver within my *** Store business hours (I don't have anything delivered to my home to avoid porch pirates), they still kept attempting to deliver after 9PM!!! Can the delivery personnel not understand instructions??? When the deliverer arrives in front of a *** Store, do they not have enough reasoning skills to take note to make another attempt during the appropriate hours? Do the TForce staff have "real" day jobs and deliver after 9pm when they have time? And how is it that there was an entire week before another attempt was made? I have been waiting for my packages for over 3 weeks and now it seems they have returned them to sender! Or at least that is what they are claiming. Today I spent over three hours on the phone with TForce, ******* and **** and the situation is still not regulated and all my items are paid for. I will be sending formal complaints to the higher levels of **** and ******* about their ******** choice of delivery services because I will never order from any company who uses TForce. Does TForce purposely not deliver and then say that they returned to sender to that they can appropriate ******* customer orders? **** *** ******** *** **** **** * **** ** ****** ** ** **** ***** ****** ***** ** * *** *** ****** ** ******* * ***** **** **** *** **** **** ** ******** *** ******* *** * **** **** *** *******

      Please stay far away from this Company.       They lost some of my previous parcels in the past they said delivered but my package was not received. The drivers leave my packages on the ground downstairs in my building unattended for hours. They don’t always deliver it to your front door. Most of the time they leave your parcels at your door for hours without knocking, so you don’t know it’s there and it ends up getting stolen. ** *** *** **** ******* ******* ** they don’t care. **** ****** ** *** **** ****** ***** ***** ** ***** ******** ** **** ****** ***** ** *** *** **** ** ****** ******* ** ***** ** *** they take your packages and make arrangements to pick it up or reschedule to deliver it again.

      I have a 12 month subscription box that unfortunately uses this company and there's no way to cancel it. I consider myself lucky if I actually get a package. None of their driver's seem to know how to use a door access code in an apartment building and if they do happen to get in without it, they dump my package somewhere in my building. I've had several packages go missing ** ******. There's no way to contact the company or arrange a secure pick-up location. I check with every company I order from online now and will not order from a company that uses their "service."

      TForce is ******** understaffed with ********* individuals unable to answer and respond to inquiries. I had a freight charge of $605 USD, (had to provide payment prior to getting an actual invoice) charged $833 C$ on my credit card; invoice provided was $808 C$ - and not they are sending me to collections for unpaid balance.!!!??? And then delivery was five days later than promised. Try and get ANYONE to investigate and respond!!?? Horrible service! ** ***** ***** * **** **** ****** ** * ******

      my package never arrived, despite being advised online it was "left at front door". I live in a high rise and it was not at my apartment front door, nor my building front door. I was then sent "proof of delivery". it is not my apartment or even my building. I have been calling for 2 days however they keep telling me that they have not heard back from their "team".

Their expectation that you possess the affordability and time required to take 12 hour daily periods off of your work day ** ******** There is no one to speak with nor to direct a formal complaint to in the company when you would like to escalate your negative experience with them.       The worst delivery service ever! No delivery, no tracking information, terrible customer service. I am shocked that **** *** uses this service!
