      I really am disappointed with this company. This company left my package at the lobby. I’m sorry but I live in a government building so the **** lobby has no security guards or person to watch the package. The package has a ************* apartment number. Do these tforce logistics people know how to read? Do they speak English. Cause if they are incapable of sending the package to the right place. They should be fired. This is their job, there one job that they can’t even do right. It’s not okay. I was impressed that my package was going to be delivered just one day after I placed the order, but now I’m just extra disappointed that they didn’t even deliver it to the right place. The worst of all is they do not take any sort of responsibility for the mistake. I end up having to take the responsibility of recontacting the company that I placed my order with and now I have to wait many days for them to give me a refund and a reorder. This company needs to end. This is unacceptable. Very ashamed of this company.

      Horrific company.
      We use a parcel pending (secure lock box) service in our building and they regularly just dump all packages belonging to a number of people into one box, or they'll just leave packages on the floor in a publicly-accessible place to be stolen if the right person comes along.
      Customer service is horrendous to deal with.
      Companies would be well-advised not to deal with this courier service, as you set yourself up having to deal with reimbursements or insurance related to misdelivered or stolen items.

      My package from *** *** was delivered by TForce I wasn’t contacted for heads up my package was left at my apartment door while I was at work.. My package was stolen. *** *** won’t refund the money and TForce won’t take responsibility for the stolen package
      I’ve always asked *** *** not to use this courier but to no avail
      Bottom line the package is gone do is my money!

      My 200$ order said it was delivered to my front door via text, but it was no where to be seen. There was no knock, no paper slip, nothing to indicate it was actually delivered. Within 1 minute of receiving the text that my package was delivered, I checked my door because I was home all day. Nothing. Not even in the lobby of my apartment or the mailroom itself.
      So I tried to send an email inquiry: their text boxes are broken. I can't even write more than two words of why I am sending a complaint. I make a vague one-liner anyways, but they didn't answer my email. I suspected their email doesn't even work if their form doesn't even work.
      So I called them instead, and the man who picked up tells me they sent proof of their delivery. I look in my email and see an extremely low res picture of a door with a package. I can't even see the door plate. Regardless, I tell them the package is not there, and my apartment had a secured mail deposit they should have used if they weren't going to knock on my door to deliver to me in the first place. He literally gives up and says it's off their hands whether their own delivery guy stole it or if my neighbors somehow did. The apathy of this guy...
      After checking other reviews, it looks like this is a common occurrence with this company and that my experience was hardly unique. *** ********* ***** **** *** * **** ********

      Received an email my package was delivered. Tracked the arrival, checked my post box and finally emailed TFORCE for confirmation. Immediately I was sent a picture of a white parcel at my door. No confirmation that it was my order , looked to be too small for my order, asked for proof of address delivery and no response. They were quick to send me a picture of A parcel, but no reply after questioning my parcel. Never had any other issues with other parcels delivered and left at my door except for one delivered by TForce logistics. *** **** ** *** **** ** **** **** ********

      Ordered from ** .. received a notify that my pac had been delivered, (Monday) go to to front door to see if they left it there nothing called this company They hung up on me twice , called ** they said it says my package was delivered to the lobby (***) , representative said wait until Thursday to see if it’s delivered because sometimes they mark it delivered when it’s on the truck , I call the company the next day (Tuesday) someone answered. He tells me that my package was delivered and that the driver left it in the lobby .I asked why would they deliver it to a lobby when it has an apt number on it , he tells me the drivers put at the first place they see, basically he was like it was delivered if you didn’t get it you need to call **. no responsibility for the driver leaving my package in the lobby to get stolen…terrible company.
