      The absolute worst shipping service in Canada! Multiple times it’s taken over a month for delivery within Canada! How is this possible? When I’ve reached out for tracking details they always so the same unhelpful answer and it doesn’t line up with the online tracking details. I think they have no idea where the packages are being shipped* ** *** ***** **** **** **** **** ********

      ** * ***** **** ****** **** ***** * *****. Waiting for 2 items to be delivered and they are unable to provide me with a delivery date for where my packages actually are. Doubtful they will arrive before Christmas. I have emailed only to be provided with a canned response. Will never order anything online that uses Tforce. Disappointing! Do better Tforce!

      ****** ********* ** ** ******** ********** ********* * ** ********* *** ******* ***** ** ******** I had placed an order with @hunterboots. I received at notice with National Logistics Company that my order had been delivered. The package was not in the lobby. I called and finally received a picture of a package in a building-it's NOT my building. Furthermore, courier states my package was signed for by office management-they don't sign for people's packages. * **** ** ***** ** ** **** **** *** ******* ** * ***** *** ***** ** ******** I spoke to a woman at this company this morning--she is not intelligent enough to see this through and kept telling me that thi parcel was delivered. I argued it was NOT!!! She said they would do an investigation--Right! I told her they need to fire the courier who *** **** ****** ***** ** ******** took photo at a random lobby and **** about a signature from our office staff. **** ********** ********** * ***** **** ** **** ** * **** ****** ***** ** *** ****** ** ***

      The delivery driver **** **** they "cannot access my building" I have 24/7 front desk receptionist that allows and accepts deliveries. we checked the cameras and no one from Tforce came November 30th. Then on December 1st it says delivery by 9pm. I was home ALL DAY and again no one came by. **** * **** ** * ******* ! ****** needs to change their courier !

      Didn't receive a package because it was missing my apartment number, so I called TForce to have it added. They assured me that it would be promptly delivered. I've now been waiting a month for $100 worth of merchandise... Every time I call, they say it will be delivered, but won't give me a date and won't let me pick it up myself. At this point, I'm assuming the package has been lost. Absolutely awful experience.

      Absolutely the worst delivery company. Not my first issue with them, as they used to deliver for ****** and every package the handled was a nightmare to get, now ******* uses them, if I would have known this before I ordered an item I would have not made the purchase. Drivers either incapable of using a simple intercom or lying about delivery attempts; special instructions left to assist after two failed attempts ignored. Text notification system doesn’t work. ****** ** * **** **** ******

They delivered my $150 package to the wrong address. Now everything is out of stock and what is they are sending through Tforce again. I have called 3 times everytime they said 24-48 hours to look into issue and provide resolution, this is the 3rd time they have said that. Why would any company use them and loose so much inventory and money pleasing the customer when Tforce wont respond. **** ******* ****** ** **** ***** **** * **** ******* * *** **********

      My package was delivered to the wrong address. And they said we are communicating with the internal team for so much time.So, by the image they sent to me, I have retrieved my package from wrong house by myself. It was delivered to completely different street. It was delivered to someone's garage not even house. There is a HUGE sign placed by city to direct you in right way but these guys did not even see it. How can someone does such a terrible job? Not even delivering package to the house!!!! If these guys can use phone and Google searched the address, they can even see the house!! One thing they had to do and deliver a package and customers has to get by themselves. They're still communicating with your internal team. * ***** *** ********* ****** ** *** **** *******. Thank you so much.

      I really am disappointed with this company. This company left my package at the lobby. I’m sorry but I live in a government building so the **** lobby has no security guards or person to watch the package. The package has a ************* apartment number. Do these tforce logistics people know how to read? Do they speak English. Cause if they are incapable of sending the package to the right place. They should be fired. This is their job, there one job that they can’t even do right. It’s not okay. I was impressed that my package was going to be delivered just one day after I placed the order, but now I’m just extra disappointed that they didn’t even deliver it to the right place. The worst of all is they do not take any sort of responsibility for the mistake. I end up having to take the responsibility of recontacting the company that I placed my order with and now I have to wait many days for them to give me a refund and a reorder. This company needs to end. This is unacceptable. Very ashamed of this company.
