      I bought a -top-of-the-line bed from Sleep Country Canada in 2018. Within about a year, I noticed sagging in the middle of the mattress making the bed extremely uncomfortable to sleep on. Because COVID hit, I wasn't able to get this resolved. Now that I'm in touch with Customer Service they're saying the only way they'll honour the warranty is if the bed sags 1.5 inches in the middle. This is ridiculous. The lumpy contours on the sides of the mattress and the sagging in the middle makes the mattress barely usable. I will not stop until they honour the warranty. Next step is they're sending an inspector who will surely determine there's no problem. NEVER buying from Sleep Country again. ** * ***** **** **** * **** **** ******* * ******

      Crappy services, false promises. Having severe back aches sleeping on ***** ******** mattress bought from their Mississauga store. Called in for warranty asking for replacement or getting it fixed. After 5-7 days of asking me to write descriptions on their portal and uploading various pictures, they decided the claim cant be processed. Not sure how by looking at pictures, they figured that when I sleep on a mattress, it gets pressed so deep that it hurts my back everyday. I was ready to send them my chiropractor/ RMT bills for the services I had to take due to sleeping on this mattress but they don't want to listen. Had to buy another *********** mattress from ********. ***** *** ********* ***** ******* ** ****** ** **** **** ***** ******** *** **** **** ******** *******.

      Purchased a new mat &boxspring august 20/21 Bought because salesperson kept saying the have great ten year warranty. They never had any issues with claims. I applied for warranty claim August 5/22 because box spring wires/coils bent leaving big dip in area of frame. The wire used in box spring is not thick. I am not a heavy person and I sent required pictures on august 5th and they came back denying my warranty claim.,it is not their fault the wires bent in one area. It was not even a year old. I am very upset because sleep country **** ***** the warranty they promote. A box spring should last at least a year!! They couldn't careless about my claim or their warranty

      Worst service ever! For what I paid for this bed so I could have relief from my osteoarthritis and fibromyalgia this company does not care about their business or their customers! I have been waiting for a technician to come and install the new control system and paired remote so that I can use my bed! The technician was supposed to call me within 10 days and even giving them a couple of days grace I still have heard nothing.

      We spent a lot of money on a mattress and so on with a delivery set for todat between 3 and 6. It's now 7:44. I called the Brampton store and spoke to our salesman. Not helpful at all. Went on Sleep Country's website and chatted with someone. She supposedly sent an email to someone to give me a call. That was an hour ago. Complained on their ******** page - nada.       I bought a duvet cover and instantly changed my mind after the online purchase went through. I cancelled the order 2 mins after I placed it. They confirmed the cancellation but I never got a confirmation email. The next day I called customer service which was near impossible to get through and they also confirmed the cancellation. Then I got my order sent to my house and was billed! I was so furious. I called again and they said, oh sorry, go to the store and return it. Which I did and at the store they said they can't take returns there, they aren't sure why they sent me to the store, and then sent me home to call customer service. It took the lady on the line 45 minutes to organize a shipping label for me. I went to ***** to return it, they emailed to confirm they got the return. I STILL HAVEN"T GOTTEN MY REFUND! I am so mad, it's been months and they say, sorry, please be patient. ***** ******* ** *** ***** **** ***** *******

      The worst mattresses ever. This is my 2nd mattresses and both have sunk in. The 2nd worst than the 1st. I have back problems already so this doest help me in any way. I called sent in pictures measurements etc.. and they told me no exchange because of 1 small 5inch dot stain on it from my child's advil. What do they do with these mattresses if they don't have any stains, resell them to others? I don't get it. It's a damaged mattress
