      My mattress sank in the middle after only a year but Sleep Country says its "normal?" And they don't exchange for normal wear and tear.
      I've NEVER had a mattress sink in the middle like this. I bought this new one because my previous mattress was 20+ years old but it never sagged!! This is nuts!

We do have a warranty claims process where we work closely with the manufacturer to determine if a mattress is eligible for replacement under warranty.       *** ***** ******* ******** ** * ***** they say on the website that if not satisfied you can upgrade you mattress within 100 days and pay a fee plus any difference between the retail price of the new mattress and the retail price of the returned mattress but its not and by the time they are done you end up paying more than the retail price of the new mattress.

      Hope you are doing well. We are sorry to hear that you were not happy with our comfort guarantee program. Our records indicate the exchange was completed on November 5th. The mattress you got in exchange (***** ***) is a more expensive mattress than what you initially purchased ****** *****). The full retail price of the ***** *** is $999 before taxes but is listed on our website for $979.00. Our sales team dropped the price to $832.15 on your exchange. The initial purchase for the ***** ***** was also lowered from $599 to $520. There is a comfort exchange fee of $65 charged. The difference you paid is because the ***** *** is a higher quality mattress.

      Yeah, but that was not what your online guys offered, they wanted full retail for the new mattress minus what I paid for the original mattress plus the exchange fee and charged me 601 I cancelled the exchange and got my 601 back and went to the store and they gave me the sale price on the new mattress so it only cost me 432 for the exchange. Had your online guys done the same I may have bought the *********** I bought from ****** from you also and wouldn't have told a couple of our camping friends to go to ****** for new mattresses for their campers as well. Although it worked out in the end the whole process has left a bad taste in my mouth and we will never have dealing with sleep country again.

      Just bought a bed from sleep country at South Edmonton common in Edmonton AB. Sales people are pushy and let you leave unsatisfied. Ended up leaving the store with a bed a didn't really want due to the fact I was not approved for high enough financing. The delivery was an absolute nightmare. They never called with a time window and then showed up at the front door whenever they felt convenient for them. We were not home so they put a king mattress in kitchen on the floor. So when I got home I had to carry this mattress up the stairs by myself. Very ************** considering you spend 3500 on a bed and accessories. ** **** ******** ****** *** ****

You still are within the 100 nights of comfort guarantee meaning that we can exchange your mattress if you aren't satisfied. Please visit a store for more information. As per the delivery issue, the expectation is that the team should be calling our clients with a 3 hour window in the morning of delivery. Someone over the age of 18 has to be home to accept delivery and our team is required to deliver to the appropriate room unless instructed by someone in the house.       I bought 2 sets of sheets for my son’s twin bed. Sheets were supposed to be sateen. When I received the sheets they were not what I expected.
      I returned the sets to the store on Oct 1st and return was processed. It is now Oct 14 and I have still not received my credit back to my **** This is the second time I have had issues with this company and will not buy from them again.

After 7 phone calls to follow up, being hung up on twice by employees, they can’t find the pillow after one of their employees signed for it and absolutely refuse to refund me.

      Worst customer service experience ever. If you can get through, they promise one thing and do something different. Or, one customer service rep guarantees the next step to take and the following day another customer service rep saiz no, you can't do it that way. Then the promised a refund and in writing states up to 10 days. It has now been 16 days and when I call in, they say approved for processing today, but will be another 3-5 business days depending on the card carrier. ** ***** *** * ****** **** **** * ***** **** ** **** * ***** *******

      Biggest run around for a defective bed due to the hydraulic lift stuck with foot section in the air up high. 4 almost impossible nights later still no help if you go back to the store, 3 times in and salesmen tell you not their policy to help you, to call customer service. Customer service does not answer phone. When driving back to the store, another sales rep belittles me I should conduct business not by calling but by email. I got the email from him, messaged, still no response. A few thousands dollars into a bed that is worthless! They virtually have no customer service! Consequently, the warranty is also worthless.

      Days later for a 24 hour supervisor rerun call- people on the phone admit Sleepcounty has a policy to not transfer you to a supervisor or provide you either name or number- always same- you will get a call back in 24-48 hours” yet to happen- will never ship their again and have been telling family and friends to be careful to avoid them

      Absolutely horrible. I went in and spent $3500 on a brand new ****** mattress on Aug 7, 2022. It took about 2 weeks to come in which is fair, but was completely stained yellow when it arrived. The replacement came in today (Sep 10), and the replacement is also completely stained yellow. I called the service department, they were very condescending and lectured me about ******’s warehouse procedures until I hung up. I called back and asked to speak with a manager. No manager came on the line but they ‘reviewed’ the case. They told me I’m stuck with with this stained mattress because it’s normal it happens after a long time of sitting around at the warehouse, they’re not replacing it, and that the replacement that arrived today has used up my warranty, oh there’s no option for refund….they are even completely ignoring their 100 day guarantee.
      So now I have a 1 day old mattress that’s ‘brand new’, stained, with no warranty, that I’ve never even sat on.
      I’m trying to contact their district manager to get some resolution. This treatment and way of doing business is simply not acceptable.
