      I've been to Sleep Country twice and only twice. BOTH times were horrible. The first time we went, a young girl was behind the counter talking with her co worker. She stopped and asked us "Were you just here?" I said "No, we just came in." She continued talking with her co worker...never asked us if we needed assistance or help with anything! The second time we went in, I was looking for a new pillow. Thinking that the lady would offer a "sleep test" with the pillows as they show on their commercials. She did come over and showed me two VERY expensive pillows and that was all. She never once asked if I would like to try them or offered for me to try them! I will NEVER recommend Sleep Country to anyone! Their commercials that say they offer all this one on one assistance is a crock! *** ******* *** **** **** ******* * **** ***

      Hope you are well. We are sorry to hear that your warranty was voided due to staining. The warranty is provided by the manufacturer and not Sleep Country. The manufacturer requires that the mattress be stain free without any rips or tears which voids the warranty. We offered a discount voucher towards another purchase but unfortunately your mattress cannot be replaced under warranty.

      Worse customer service and return policy ever!! ** *** *** **** **** ********** ***** **** I only purchased a mattress topper ($165) online. Upon arrival of the mattress topper I slightly opened it to feel it was thick enough to support my back issues. Unfortunately, it was paper thin, I wanted to return it and get my money back so I can purchase a thicker topper but to my surprise it's considered ''opened" and not allowed for refund or exchange. **** ********* ******* *** ***** ****** ****** *** ***** *** ** ******  I couldn't believe a slight touch, it's opened and not refundable. How am I supposed to touch it without opening it???? *** ********* **** ******* ** ***** ** ************ ***** ** **********

      I went to Sleep Country for the ***** posture ******** ******* Plus mattress. Was told the bed was a medium. I did get a deal on the mattress as they had a sale on. When paying I used my debit by accident and went back to the store to get a refund and put it on my CC. My order was to arrive that Sunday August 5 th.
      The salesman went to refund me and ended up canceling my order because they don’t refund debit you have to wait for a cheque to be mailed to you which wasn’t told to me when I purchased the mattress. So I had a 4300.00 purchase for this bed. The refund was supposed to arrive at the store on the following Wednesday. I didn’t receive the cheque for almost 3weeks!!!!
      Now on to the mattress it arrives and the delivery person leaves a black mark on the mattress. I call and make arrangements to get a new one delivered ( I also was at the store and thought I wanted a different mattress till I realized I needed their box spring to go with it or I would have issues with the warranty so decided not to go with it) the second mattress was supposed to be delivered August 24th it didn’t show up when I called they said they were out of stock and it would come the next Sunday. No one contacted me.
      The new mattress arrives and it smells like toxic fumes. I’ve been trying to call them and now I get an answer machine instead of talking to someone.
      I’m having a reaction to the mattress fumes and no response from them ** * ***** **** * * ** **** ******* * ***** *** *** ***** ***** *** * ******** *** **** ** **** ** ****** *** *** end up with a mattress you can’t even sleep on!!!! ******** ******* ***** **** ***** ********* ****

      After paying for my mattress at the store i went home and checked the same mattress out on their website and checked out only to realize the mattress is actually on sale and $575 cheaper!!
      ************* * **** ******* *** will be requesting a refund. Mattress is not due for delivery for another week. And…i am PST exempt and associate filled that info out and still charged me. Its Sunday night and store is closed Monday but will be at the store first thing come Tuesday. * **** ******* ** ****** *** *** *********** ***** ******* ****** ****** ** *********

      forget the warranty you have to jump through hoops to get anything. our mattress has springs pinging and making noise, they need pictures and videos of noise, they say put the mattress on the floor and put a straight edge on it. we have nowhere to put the mattress on the floor. will not return to steep country

      Sleep Country ** ******* * *** ********* in TO ***** ***** * ************* ** **** a comment made (by the salesperson Zaniq) upon my leaving the store , and after sharing that I am ‘going to keep shopping but may return’. Zaniq stated ‘I hope you came in here looking to buy a mattress n not just to use my washroom!’. ** ****** ** ** * **** ****** ****** * ** *** ********I stated that ** ******* ** * I could not believe he spoke to me in this way. He kept repeating ‘goodbye, goodbye, goodbye’. * ****** ** ****** ****** ** ********** **** * ****** ******** *** **** ****** **** ** ******* ****** ***** ******* * ****** ** ****************************** ****** *** ** ****** ***** ** ********** * *** ******* **** **** ** ** ***** I am truly shopping for a new box spring n matttess but will ABSOLUTELY NOT be buying one from Sleep Country.

      I am displeased with my purchase and will not shop at Sleep Country again. My bed is so lumpy that you can tell even when it is made with a comforter. A lot of back and forth with the company to be denied any sort of ratification because none of the dips are 2” deep (only 1.5”). * ** ** ** **** pain falling asleep and in the morning and cannot afford nor should I have to afford another $1000 mattress after only 3 years.

      I have ordered a mattress online but decided to cancel it. I called the customer service regarding the refund and they said it's good thing I cancelled within a day, otherwise their policy makes the refund complicated. I'm told it would be refunded within two weeks. OK that's little slow but I accepted this. It's been more than a month since and I still don't see refund on my credit card statement. I called the customer service again recently and now I'm told they will need to confirm with their accounting department regarding this refund! **** *** ****** *** **** ******** ** *** *********** **** * ***** ****** *** ****** *** ********* * **** ******* ****** *** ********* ******* *** ****** **** **** ******** ******** This has been one of the worst online shopping experiences and I will now think twice before I shop at Sleep Country Canada.

      The best customer service ever - from the Douglas Street location in Victoria BC. Thanks to them for going above and beyond and arranging an exchange. Really appreciate the team there and whoever is the Regional Manager for approving it. They made my day yesterday.
