The complaint is about the unprofessionalism of the customer agents. I am trying for the last 48 hours to register myself and my wife for a monitoring service as indicated by one of the Investment companies I hold, due to *********** ********** Cybersecurity Incident. The codes provided do not work and I am getting a message to contact ********** via phone. I waited for 3 hours and 12 minutes before someone answered. After I provided all my details, when to request help, suddenly they closed.No one phoned back. I tried 1 more time and after 1 hour and 46 minutes, an employee with badge 962 - Stella, responded to tell me that the office is closed and to call the next day. ********** is getting paid for this service and after almost 5 hours I think I would deserve a call back the next day. There is no manager available to make a complaint about the services and there is no link on the website to make a complaint. For a business like ********** this is not acceptable. For a company to act like it is owning everyone is not healthy for business and encourages bad behavior. I will follow with a complaint to the consumer rights ombudsman. There have to be checks and balances for any business and the behavior of its employees.Business Response

There is no way for me to cancel the subscription other than calling Transunion. And that requires a good amount of wait time. I would like my subscription canceled and the money returned.
There is nothing explicitly on the page that says you're going to be charged a fee to look at your credit score. I couldn't even find the credit report I needed to download for my rental application. What are you guys running over there?
PLEASE CANCEL THE SUBCRIPTION AND RETURN THE MONEY I NEVER INTENDED TO PAY...

I don't understand why I've been charged and there is no way for me to cancel. I was looking for my credit report with my son. And we were charged without any express consent. Nowhere on the page did we see something that looked like a check out page. Please provide a refund and cancel my subscription so I'm not charged any further...

Trans Union has 2 mistakes on my credit report. I have filed disputes related to both using their online portal and despite this, they have not updated my credit report accordingly.
****** ******- this loan was not included in a consumer proposal or debt repayment plan. This account is in good standing and payments made weekly and on time since the commencement of this loan. I have ******** a statement of account from ****** confirming same.
********** line of credit ending in **** was a joint loan to which I was the cosigner. This account was not included in a consumer proposal. The account was always paid on time and was actually paid off in full in June 2022. This account has negatively been reported on my credit report despite it always being in good standing. I have ******** a letter hereto from ********** which was obtained by the primary borrow ******* ********* in which ********** confirms the details above. Despite filing a dispute with Transunion they have not updated my credit report accordingly and therefor, my credit score continues to be negatively affected each month.
This is causing undo hardship and taking far more time to resolve then it should.
I request the BBB investigate this and that Transunion remove these negative ratings from my credit report. Additionally, I request Transunion to go back in time and update the monthly credit score based on what should have been reported as good satisfactory accounts.Initial Complaint

In late February 2023, I became aware of the fact that my former credit card company had incorrectly reported a late payment to TransUnion back in late 2018. After working extensively with the credit card company (********* *********) I was able to obtain an email from them admitting to the error. In addition, they advised me both orally and in writing that they had responded to my dispute with TransUnion on March 23, 2023, requesting TransUnion to remove the late payment from my credit report. *** ********.
It is now April 1, 2023 and TransUnion has not removed the late payment from the credit report. This is directly impacting my ability to be offered a senior level job. Under the Freedom of Information & Protection of Privacy Act, TransUnion has a duty to ensure my records are correct and has failed in upholding that duty since March 23rd. Their Customer Service team is appalling to deal with; they will not escalate this despite the urgency and they do not know the contact information of their legal or investigations team to escalate this matter. I demand this be corrected immediately or else will be pursuing legal action for damages.Initial Complaint

I tried pulling my credit report online on 25 March 2023. However I got the error and got the phone number on March 26 morning. I called the Trans Union company and I asked them about the credit report canada . The agent ask me to sign up for subscription service at ************* . The agent and the website assured me that it’s gonna cost $4.95 for the first month and $24.95 for months after that. The website still shows the price of $ 4.95 for the first month. When I checked my credit card, I was charged $24.95 full amount and I called Trans Union customer service and the very rudely hung up on me twice and it said they can’t do anything about it. Transunion refused to fix my problem of someone else using my phone number. I get calls constantly from collections, but they want me to make an account or mail them a dispute. Their customer service agent *** ************ **** *** eventually hung up after evading my questions about why they needed an array of personal information to fix something as simple as a wrong phone number, that was in no way connected to me or my account.Initial Complaint

While trying to phone in a complaint about my credit score, i was told that the only way to do that is by mail or web site.
When i tried to signup, i got a msg saying that their authentification process was in error and i should try later.
Next day i have a charge of around 28$ for ??? that was NEVER proposed or agreed to by me.
Help desk is not very curteous even though i was.
