    I have been trying for 2 days to get my free Consumer Report. I require a small loan from **********. TRANSUNION say they are having 'server issues' Please keep trying. I said I wanted to speak to a manager, she said I could try but nothing would be done. I would be approved no problem, except for TRANSUNION. TRANSUNION is holding my life hostage with this!!

    I was trying to get my credit score and somehow they scan me out of a monthly subscription somehow and now I can't get my money back but they're willing to cancel next month's subscription

    their online report went wrong. all my history are gone. After calling them for help, I called three times. First, i was told that i will get call back.... no calls for 3 business days. 2nd call, i was told that they need to transfer me to file support. then, i was transferred and getting automation saying the the office closed. 3rd time, i was being transferred between two different departments 5 times and wasting 2 hours. They don't have any kind of escalation. Only the agents transferring you between each others. Each time, they said other department need to assist and nothing they can do.... ***** *** ***** ****** ******* ** **** ************** *** *** ****** **** *** ***** ** ***** * ***** ** * **** ** **** * ****

    Called in for assistance to find out which creditor to pay and was told go online. Then told mail in and when asking to speak to a supervisor they refuse and put you on hold for 30 min and argue with you about it. ******* is much more helpful than TransUnion

    I was given a medium risk rating by TransUnion which is preventing me from a vacation rental. I have been debt free for over 20 years and I have a healthy portfolio with my bank. They have said that the parameters that TransUnion applies do not recognize many years of zero borrowing and they will not adjust it. My ******* report gives me an excellent report but the company I'm dealing with only uses TransUnion. That affects my personal life with their inaccurate report and I want it repaired. I am unable to reach any staff at TransUnion in Canada and the out of country call center will not help me. This is terrible service and I am sure that others have been misrepresented as well. * **** * **** ******* *** *** **** ** **** ****
