September 14, 2021. I purchased a UV filter for my furnace, a charcoal, water system, a 20 year maintenance agreement with the company on my furnace hot water tank, air conditioner, and Plumbing. From the beginning, they have given me a hard time to get in touch with them to maintain my furnace and air conditioner. I have phoned them, and no answer. I found out that they have closed permanently as per the Website. I would like a significant decrease in my payments as they are not honouring their maintenance agreement. Hello,
In 2021 a man by the name of Christian B. from the company of Pinnacle Home Services, came to my house. He promised to buy out the ******** equipment, and keep our heating and cooling utilities prices low. For approximately 6 months or so, the services were available, however, we are no longer able to contact the company. It was also brought to my attention by ********, the equipment was not purchased as was agreed by Pinnacle. Every month a company by the name of *********, continuously withdraws money from my account, on behalf of Pinnacle Home Services.
It has also been mentioned to us by one of their technicians, the company is no longer in business, and they have neglected to pay his remaining wages. ***** *********** ** *** ********* ** ** ******** **** ********* ***** *** **** **** **** ******* ***** ************

On June 9th 2021 a man by the name of Christian came over & sold us services from Pinnacle Home Services with a monthly fee of $83 for service & maintenance on all our equipment - furnace, a/c, hot water heater (which we were told to buy out from reliance) & installed a water filtration system. They also gave us piece of mind that if anything should break down our equipment would be covered & not have to worry about any substantial out of pocket expenses. We were told this 'Protection Plan' was coverage was for a 240 months/20 yrs.
My furnace or filter system (something coming from my utility room) was leaking last month & and my a/c stopped working. I called Pinnacle numerous times & sent emails to everyone I had contact with - not one reply. We called another company to service our equipment. We are still paying a monthly fee of $83.11 & recently found out Pinnacle put a lien on our house. After doing some research, we found Pinnacle is permanently closed * *** ** ******* ****** ***** **** ************ **** **** ******** *****. Someone also posted about a class action law suit & I am trying to get in contact with that person. Since Pinnacle can no longer service our equipment as agreed to - I called my bank to stop the monthly payment. I'm not sure where my money is going. We've already paid $1994.64 for the 2 years we've been with them.
I've also called *********, where my $83.11 comes out. I spoke to ** at ********* #1-************ - he confirmed they terminated their contract with Pinnacle & that I should contact The Better Business Bureau. He also sent me login information & to reset my password, directing me to a loan agreement which I never signed (but my initials are there..? *** ********)
I've also called ******* because the stopped payment may affect my credit score & I wanted them to be aware that this was *****.
We were sold a Protection Plan for service for our equipment, but somehow this is a finance plan for equipment that we already own?Initial Complaint

I signed up with this company Pinnacle home services in 2021. They installed an air conditioner, a water softener and a hepa filter. They also paid out my hot water tank and water filter system and I pay them $118 a month to provide service on these items.
I am now looking to sell my home and have tried to call the company to inquire about my options with this contract. Their customer service number is always busy no matter when you call. The other number is an answering service and they just keep taking messages and say someone will call you. No one calls back.
On July 17 I called twice asking for a manager. No one is ever avail and no one calls back. July 19th I called 2 times again and no reply.
I have also emailed with no reply.
I then called ********* who takes the payments every month. They say I can not transfer the contract and too bad I have to pay the contract which goes till 2032. I can not removed a furnace and ac unit ect from my house so how am I obligated to pay for a service that isn’t provided to me any more ?
No where on the papers I was given does it say I am unable to transfer this contract over to the next home owner.Initial Complaint

Purchased a furnace, an air conditioner, tankless water heater, and a water softener system. I was put in contact with Pinnacle Home Services through a seniors grant. They told me that I qualify for some kind of greener homes rebate that would cover the loan payments and would be deposited into my bank account every month. The loan was issued by ********* and when I contacted them they stated that they only deal with loans. I have never received any rebate money or any payments deposited into my account. I am a senior on a fixed pension and I have had to cover monthly payments of $163.12 since September 25, 2022. I have tried to contact them many times to try to resolve this and now I find that they are closed permanently. What steps can I take to try to resolve this issue.

Pinnacle home services signed agreement to provide home services for 25 years, for which I’m paying monthly to a financed company *********.

I went on a web site with regards to home improvements, Pinnacle Homes contacted me and asked what we needed , explained we needed a heat pump and new furnace, they stated yes we could get it and they gave a verbal quote of less than $4000 but he wasn't sure of the price of the furnace. He went on to say we had to get approved for the grant of $40000.00, we declined as we only wanted the cost of heat pump and furnace if possible, They returned with approval of $25000.00, we agreed on this amount on the understanding we could do other improvements ( windows) he stated he would get contractors out with the a 3 tonne heat pump with furnace to follow.
The day the heat pump was installed he emailed 14 pages to me and told me to go to certain page to DocuSign so the money could be released and they would get heatpump paid for, and to read other pages afterwards, he was most insistent to get it DocuSigned and back to him straight away. We have never to this date had a price for the heatpump, or furnace.
For the furnace they arrived with furnace suitable for oil or propane and we are Electric, which he already knew. Numerous phone calls made to Ross, investigation was supposed to have been done into Ross and his handling of our purchase. We were given a lady called Susan who contacted us and said she was the only person we were to speak too about the purchase as Ross was no longer our contact., all this took place in Aug and Sept 2022, then we finally got a furnace installed in Dec 2022, but some contractor, who were here 8 hours and the furnace was not working properly when they finally left at 10pm that night. Numerous phones calls to Pinnacle to have the issue resolved, they never got back to us through either phone or email. Pinnacle's number is constantly engaged, never able to contact them, and Susan's machine kept saying unavailable. We have to Aug 2023to complete any upgrades we wanted otherwise we are stuck paying back $25000.00 and only getting $10000 worthInitial Complaint

The piece of equipment they installed a year ago is needing servicing & I can not get a hold of them. They do not answer my phone call or return my voice mail.
