    I entered into a contract with Pinnacle Home services in January of 2022 to facilitate the buyout of my furnace air conditioner and tankless water heater... By doing this I would also receive a whole home HEPA air filter a whole home water softener a water filtration system and ****** home security products. Further to this they would provide me with attic insulation and air sealing in order to be eligible for $2,400 in rebates. Installation was scheduled for January 10 of 2022. It has been a disaster from day one. Numerous contractors spread over numerous days and the quality of work was less than adequate in which I've had to have numerous people return to do repairs. On most occasions the patchwork was unsatisfactory. The largest area of concern is that the buyout from ******** was not completed by Pinnacle and I am now subject to being billed by both companies for the same equipment monthly. A nearly $600 monthly charge. I also have two separate liens on my property for the same equipment which I've mentioned to the owner Kristian and nothing has been done to rectify it. It is affected my ability to get a mortgage. During installation of the water softener system my main water shut-off valve was compromised and began to leak to which they agreed to repair at their cost. When I booked a date for them to come and a water shut off with the city was booked, the owner contacted me the morning of to inform me his plumbers called in sick and I had to cancel with the city. Very inconvenient. These repairs still have not been completed. His response was that he assumed I got it done on my own. The water softener system doesn't even work and I've mentioned this multiple times. I had to remove a severely intoxicated employee from my premises during attic insulation. After follow-up inspection I was informed they did not remove damaged insulation and I would not qualify for the rebate as the levels didn't change and don't qualify for the rebate. They didn't do the work.

    I have a rental water heater and two maintenance/rental contracts for furnace and ac.

    In July 2022 a slick sales person did come and promised that pinnacle home service would take over all those bills, replace the tank waterheater with a tankless, add attic insulation and so on.

    The water heater is replaced,HVR installed and attic insulation is done. After that I got tricked in to sign up for a $50k loan from "*********" and release the money to pinnacle so they can take care of the maintenace contracts. The loan states $50K but according to the sales person that was just the maximum, they only take out whatever they need and I will get info on how much it is.

    I am still paying for the old waterheater rental and maintenace contracts as well as the finance it loan. I have called pinnacle daily and the only thing I got is an automated message that asks for my number so they can call back - which they never done.
    I have also sent emails with bills and other info attached, got nothing back - not even some automated message.

    When I start to look closer at what I have I have now realised that I have nothing from Pinnacle, no contract or anything, just a promise that "we will email you that later". The only thing I have is the stuff from ********* and the paperwork that the things where installed and paid for by pinnacle.

    I now also found out that since they never returned the wather heater **** ********* ***** ** **** ** and I'm now on the hook for the buy out price of $3000+tax!

    On 24/6/2022 i agree to pay $40000, Pinnacle Home Service to install tankless hotwater heater. The price also included installation a water softener system. As of today,dated 23/3/2023 I have received the parts - sitting in my living room. I want to have the system settle up properly. I had made numerous calls; ,the problem has yet to be resolved. They keep putting me off say there are technical problems. I have made payments on the $40 000 loan.

    I am paying this company for products that also carry warranty from this company and they do not answer my calls or online messages to have repair done to my tankless water heater. I think this may be the only way to have my issues resolved. Otherwise I would like to know if I could have their products removed so I can pay an alternative company who will actually follow through on warranty services. *** ******* **** ** ** * *** *** *** ** **** ******** ***** **** *** *** ********** ***** *** ** *** *********
