  ** *** *** **** ***** Been nothing but problems. They don’t care once they have your money. The trailer is constantly having issues. There was a recall they wouldn’t come and fix. When I called back about they just gave the part away. They knew there was an issue with the furnace and sold it to us knowing about the issue. The panel had been removed when we looked at it. So they knew and didn’t bother to fix it. *** ***** ** *** **** ** ******** *** ***** **** ******** *** ************

  Bought a trailer at campmart and sales staff are ***** and ********* about the sale of camper we agreed to 48,000 tax all in they did not provide us with a bill of sale
  Put 5000 down on trailer Shocked when we made first payment still 48,000 owing
  The 5000 down payment was added to price of trailer no sales receipt given to us
  We had agreed to 48,000 all in
  32,999 was price the. Tax made it 48,,000
  We are not impressed with camp mart **** ** ***** ***** ************ ***** ******* ******* ***** *** **** Not wanting the Rv because of ***** ************ sales person who jacked up the price no sales receipt or we would of said no and bought else where
  This was in kanata campmart location!
  Not a good experience like money back and they can keep their camper we verbally agreed on 48,000 not 53,000

  Went in to buy a trailer advertised at $19,000 ish a couple of weeks ago. The lady showing us the trailer was very nice. But after then it all went down hill. When they gave us the price a $19,000 trailer was now almost $37,000! They were adamant about selling their $7000 warranty which I did not want. I even offered to buy cash instead of financing. The finance guy *** **** ****** ***** stated that the warranty is non negotiable and they won’t sell a trailer without it. So me and my family decided to leave. Suddenly the non negotiable warranty was now $5000! We still left, told them to call if they change their mind. I am not being forced to purchase a warranty, horrible sales tactics.
  **** ** ******* ***** **** ****** everything you see on your trailer you have to pay extra for. Also ***** ***** trailers are not on black books for resale value.

  I have bought a travel trailer from Campmart 7 weeks ago. Well the sell’s was happening they were not wasting time getting back to me. Once the deal was done they ghosted me. 7 weeks later no trailer and no answers to what’s going on with my trailer I been paying for. ** * **** *** ******* * **** **** * ***** *** ***** **** **** ******** ****** ********* ***** *********

  Once they sell you a trailer they don't want to talk to you..***** **** *** **** ****** ******.. **** ****** you don't know the Price of the trailer they match the price you want to pay per month.. the ***** ***** Trailers are very very cheaply made, my 2007 ***** is a better trailer than a 2024 2025 ***** ***************** *** ********* *** ******* ***** *** *** *** *** ************** ** **** * ****** *** ***** they sold me a trailer overpriced. I'm not taking possession of the trailer because I was told the trailer was only used for a few months it was going to be like a brand new trailer with last years price.......BUT..it needs exterior PANEL repairs 6-8 weks to fix AND IT needs an air conditioner REPLACEMENT and ALSO needs a new toilet which non of these issues were disclosed to me prior to me buying the trailer. I do have my lawyer getting ready to talk to them next week.. ** ****** **** *** ****** **** **** **** ****** ***** ***

  I’m really disappointed with this experience,
  My wife and i wanted to purchase a camper with the sales rep Colleen she was more then helpful at first. We decided on the camper we wanted to purchase, that’s when everything turned **** ********* *****. At first we didn’t realize on the contract they added in 9000$ mandatory warranty. Please note Collin told us this would be “included” in the price we agreed on, not extra, this went un noticed till the next day they called us because the bank made a mistake with the interest rate and re had to sign the contract again. That’s when we questioned it, after multiple phones call they finally acknowledged it, they kept telling me it’s normal this and that. They tried telling me this is Quebec taxes, So at the point we were very skeptical. After back and forth they finally took some of the cost off. We’re very thankful the bank made a mistake and needed to resign the paperwork.
  Note, they pressured us **** ***** to sign the paper immediately, ******** **** **** ******** ****** **** ** ** **** **** *** ********.

  Try to make you sign-in to even walk the sales floor. I get computer generated voicemail mails that try to sound human, as if I just missed their phone call. The voicemails come in and do not even ring the phone. No "unsubscribe feature. Had to track down HQ in Cambridge to get my number off their list. They were overly apologetic, as they know they are in the wrong.

  In August of this year (2024). I went to the Hamilton location of Campmart and was looking at trailers. Jason came out and showed us a few, after talking with him, we went into his office to run some #s, he had us approved on a trailer we liked and the payments were in the ballpark that we wanted, we understood that it was over a 5 year term. He said he was gonna toss in the 5 year extended warranty for us as well as we were purchasing a brand new unit, after signing the paperwork and leaving the lot we realized that the $7000 warranty was added to our bill and that the 5 year term was actually over 20 years, had that been explained to us we would've walked away,
  I've had a payment already come out of my account now and it's now almost the middle of Sept and I still haven't received my trailer . We were explained that before we pickup the trailer we would get a free demonstration on how everything works, their service center that does the demonstration is only open Mon- Fri hours are 8-4. How does someone get a free demonstration when they aren't even open any extended hours to provide this service . I've asked for them to deliver my trailer now as I'm getting very frustrated with their lack of everything and was told that they will deliver to my outside storage spot but will only drop it at the gate and not into my reserved spot .
  I don't understand a company that doesn't take care of their customers and provide the proper services as well as being transparent in all their business doings.

  We went in to buy a trailer and didn't get approved for the one we wanted. So they put us in a different trailer we didn't even see or want. We didn't find out intell it was to late to back out.
