1 starOn May 9 we went in to see Hussein,we ended up seeing Fayez.** **** *** ******** *** *** **** ** ** ******* ** *** ***** ********** ****Fayez assured us he would take great care of us,we would leave with a place to make great memories with family.We asked to see paperwork for the trailer we were purchasing with all the specs to make sure it would fit.Fayez assured us he would send it that evening.We finally received some paperwork on May 11,from Hamed the General Manager.We were guaranteed by Fayez,we would wait 21/2-3 weeks for delivery.This guarantee made us decide ** ***** ** ***** ** *** *** ****** * ******* ** **** ******* *** **** **** **** ****** ** **** **** **.On June 9th,we were told we would have to go to Service Ontario because there was a problem with the VIN number of the trailer.Throughout June we were ignored when we called until we threatened to cancel the deal.They asked us to come in & all would be explained & rectified. We went in July 27th,we spoke to Hamed.He was shocked at this & he would ensure the camper would be ready for early next week.Hamed told us the camper was in stock,it just wasn't ready, when my husband asked to see it. Nothing was done after this meeting. No one ever reached out to us.On July 9 we got a call from Alicia stating that the trailer was ready to be picked up OVER two months after signing. We sent 2 emails to *** *** ** *** *** **** * **** **** CEO,president & dealer principal.On July 8th & on Aug 7th we have received no response AT ALL from *******.The lender has been debiting our account on a weekly basis since June 3rd 2024,with retroactive amount of 3 weeks since they didn't even have the correct information from the Delearship!This extreme delay as well as all the broken promises & ****** **** that have been told to our faces have completely eroded our trust in CAMPMART* *** **** ** * *****.We want to cancel our contract based on the fact the camper is NO longer useful,the sale was based on one *** after another!Review fromDave I

1 starIn the spring of 2022, we had to replace our trailer, so we went to Camp Mart just off the 115 near Peterborough, we bought a 36-foot mallard beautiful looking trailer and that is where the positive points about dealing with this company ends. we took a small trip over a long weekend and during the long weekend numerous components of the trailer literally fell apart I just thought not much of it and took it back to get the work done under warranty they had the trailer for two weeks I picked it up as we had a long trip we had scheduled to the east coast we set out and our first stop we found that the fridge in the outside kitchen had detached from the wall. the next stop a shelf had fallen because the single screw that secured it to the wall on each side was only into the thin plywood not the 2x2 frame the next stop the bathroom wall was shifted and some vents had fallen off, every time we moved another thing broke, shifted the drain to the sink detached every time we moved as well. when we got back, we asked to return it because it was a lemon they do not return or sell on consignment they made me trade it in losing $20,000 in the deal the newer one has been as much of a pain the door won't latch the water pump started letting water into the freshwater tank the trim was falling off and the warranty isn't a warranty there is a $200 deductible on warranted parts sign right on the trailer says 3 year unlimited warranty on manufacture defects all of these issues were manufacture defects camp mart does not stand behind their productsReview fromDawn G

1 starIn October 2023 we bought a trailer. WORST EXPERIENCE ever!!! We thought we were buying the trailer and financing for 5 years (which was how it was explained) to find out that it was 20 years!! On every document we have the information was not correct. The years were all different, some papers said new and some said used. We were told we were getting a NEW trailer!! When we tried getting out of the deal as the guy we dealt with (Ernest) did not clearly explain everything *** ** *** ***** ****** They told us we could not cancel our sale and it was done. We tried rectifying everything the day after but they wouldn’t return our calls and were never available when we called. We ended up having to go in which solved nothing. They would not help us out at all. We paid WAY TOO MUCH. Fast forward to now (July 2024) and we’ve discovered that the trailer is used, it’s leaking from the roof and now we are struggling g with the warranty because all the paper work is incorrect!!!! customer service is horrible *** **** ***** ****** **** **** ********** * ******* ******* **** * *** **** ******* *** *** * **** ****

1 starWent in May 18, 2024 and purchased a trailer. Told them we wanted to stay with payments under 120 weekly. We told them we did NOT want extended warranty. They came back and said that they were able to make that number work. Salesman Mike said if we wanted the extended warranty to which we said no. When we left there we realized **** ****** our bill with the extended warranty. 7000 + hst almost 8000 we adamantly said no to. We called within 10 minutes of leaving to which we were told Jason had left. ** ******* went down there next business day and Jason said he couldn’t do anything the loan was registered but he would give us a refund of 3500, although not happy about this it was better then nothing. He signed off on this. He said it would take 6 weeks to get a loan number but I was able to provide it for him the next day. Here we are July 9, 2024 and 5 messages later he has done nothing. Jason said accounting has it but accounting does not know who we even are. I called his manager Bill and felt very brushed off by this man as well. ** *** *** **** ******* **** *** ******** *** ******** ***** *** ******** ***** ***** ** **** ***** ***** ** ****** ****** ******* **** **** ************ ******* *** * **** **** We were also told we would have tv, and all hoses to start up. They did give us the TV but everything else was not there even though we were told it would be. To say this experience has been horrible is an understatement. 1 starI financed a trailer with Jason. I have never had a loan like the one he arranged and did not understand what the financing terms he used meant. I thought I was signing for 5 years of biweekly payments turns out I have signed up tor 15 years of biweekly payments. In addition they put a 7000 warranty on my bill, I didn’t look at the prices properly as I trusted Jason and his son that the only charges were mentioned already.

The GM ** ** ************** *************. He actually said that he doesn't have to take my disrespect!? All because I told him that I would be bringing an inspector with me. ** **** ***** ******. Now he is not helpful. I'm paying for something I don't even have!!. How ridiculous is that?!. Dealing with them was the worst decision of my life!!. I have reached out to head office. I was left with no support when their error caused a leak in the bottom of my BRAND NEW trailer because they couldn't be bothered to winterize the unit while it was on their lot. I do not own a truck so I wasn't able to get the unit from the campground back to their facility for service so I was told tough luck. Now the warranty is gone and I'm left with a leaking trailer. No TV, no ladder, no hoses, NOTHING and I paid $40,000 for a basic 30 footer. I kept telling him I don't think so and told him my concerns with the height since we travel 4 plus hours when we camp and that we have up to 6 kids and 2 dog that come. He continued to say how he can't
Sell me anything that's unsafe. So we folded and went for the trailer he kept saying how it's only $10 more and totally in my tow zone. I came back 2 days later ***** ** **** ***** and Jason their finance guy. I even mentioned to him before signing anything that I didn't think that my vehicle could tow this trailer and even he try to explain to me how if my car has the towing pack on the back. It can do 3500 lb. I have to have the 2.0 liter engine if I have that he says. I even kept telling him I don't think so. I don't think so. He kept saying no. You can you can. I then told them how I didn't have any money for the insurance (245) and also didn't have the money for the first payment so I'd like to come back. Jason. Then tells me no worries Austin will pay that all for you and Jason said I can't leave because he worked so hard to get me the best deal and it's now or never, So I signed the paperwork. Wanting to have a good head start on the camping season. 2 days later I got a call from the dealership that I purchased my car from and they confirmed everything that I thought my car cannot tow over 2500 lb max. So safely we're looking more at 1800 lb. I txt Austin and told him I'd now need a new vehicle and he said Jason will be happy to hear. I have Lisa from customer care who has been amazing so far. 2 starsNot happy with purchase at CampMart. I purchased the floor model Pop up 10GR the sales person said I would get a discount. I didn’t. I financed it and they had taken our 4 payments before so even got the thing. I had to call daily to find out how long it takes to “make” curtains for it and “find” the proper cushions. The cushions don’t fit properly on the table bed or the couch. The larger bed is almost impossible to push in on your own because the one side has a bent bar. I have called over and over again for the past 3 years and I’m still waiting for their “customer service” to get back to me. Very disappointed. Only good thing was I had it delivered to the camp ground for me which I’m sure they just did so I wouldn’t see all the issues at the store before taking it off the lot.Review fromAndrew H

1 starMade a deal at Camp Mart Ottawa for a NEW unit and they tried to provide me with the demo model. This occurred January 2024. They assured me more than three times it would not move a demo model. Turns out it was the very same demo model they said would not be. Now they refuse to refund my deposit and I have to go through my ********** for protection **** ***** *********
