      I felt mis-led about the cost of the home. I was given the runaround about replacing items that were damaged or missing for the home. The renovation was not completed as agreed upon or to my satisfaction. Customer service and management was not helpful and kept transferring me to different people, continuously stating they would take care of it. None of my issues were ever resolved.

      Peterborough Location. Horrible customer service once they have your money. ** *** ****** Bought 2022 model in 2023 at a good discount, had to fight for them to honour their online sale price saying "that sale ended" even after showing manager the add on **. Finally honoured price. Because of Camp Mart’s unavailability to deliver, we picked up trailer on own and delivered to location so that we would get it in a timely manner after purchase. As we left lot, emergency bunk window almost fell off on the highway as the latch was not latching properly, crisis avoided thanks an attentive driver. Received trailer with torn seal and leaking slide out. No fittings on any of the plumbing were tight, resulting in leaks throughout the entire trailer. They were not even hand tight, despite a PDI done at dealership. For the shower, I even had to cut out a separate access so that I could tighten. Missing keys upon pick up of trailer and was told there is a shortage too bad. Family is enjoying having a trailer again but it was a headache dealing with CampMart. Their quality/service are subpar. Sloppy craftsmanship as well, found cut outs, metal scraps, wrapping from fittings/electrical in all the nooks and cranny's including behind access panels. Doors had to be removed and realigned so they would close properly. Faulty wiring on hot water tank. Poor quality inside and out. Attention to detail from salesperson, manager, PDI team, and manufacturer is severely lacking. The list goes on.

      Standard response. Camp Mart does this time and time again, ***** **** ******* ** ****** ** ***** ***** ******** *** care only about the bottom line. If they were sincere, they would offer a refund for poor PDI, no deliver beyond their lot, etc. It’s unfortunate that they are still in business.

      Purchased a 2022 ***** ***** 24’ trailer that was on the lot. Purchased in March never received till end of May. Have had nothing but problems and poor customer service from dealership. Only got it because we had planned a trip down south so they let us take it after letting us know they had to order a bathroom sink because it was cracked. Today August 2nd still not been replaced same story given to us in April when we were told we could pick up as soon as they were able to move it. We have only used it once and have had nothing but problems since. I have pictures of the roof that is defective, bathroom sink which has not been replaced, bathroom shower leaks, bathroom sliding door keeps falling off the track, fridge door handle broke in my hand when I tried to open it. I have pictures of all this. I called the dealership every week from April to end of May to see when we could pick it up. No return calls so I went in person 3 times giving me the run around. Finally my husband went to see them. While there we were told the head office dealership we’re having problems with sending them parts. My husband was not happy with the answer and was told by the manager what did we want them to do it was a head office production issue. I told him a refund would be great with me he send good luck with that. We paid $67,000.00 for a defective product with no satisfaction to date. We have purchased four trailers to date we’ve had problems with the last two. I haven’t put in a complaint on the **** ***** purchased in 2021 because we don’t like confrontation but now I am tired of being taken advantage of. Not sure if we can make a complaint re. The 2021 ******* that we paid $103,000.00 for. We’ve purchased extended warranties on both and will never purchase poor quality lousy customer service. I don’t know if you can help but I would like consumers to know not to purchase these products. I have pictures of the 2021 ******* defects also. Thanking you in advance. ****** ********

      We dropped 33 Grand on a trailer. We were promised a week till we got it. A week went buy with nothing, so we called and was told 5 days. We let that slide, 5 days later we are being told another 5-7 days. We have made 3 payments on a trailer we cannot use. We have gotten nothing but the run around from the manager and employee. * ***** ***** ********* **** ******* ** *******

      I have had nothing but issues since day one! The trailer is falling apart and we are getting a run around to have it fixed. They send you on a goose chase to different stores. **** **** ***** ***** ****

      You people have sold me a trailer with a different VIN number than the one on the owner slip and bill of sale. Fix it. Will never buy ** ***** campmart.

      I would like to let people no about camp mart in Sudbury bought a trailer on January 18 a 2021 ********* was told to get it mid April that didn’t happen called them and they said should come from Ottawa on may 8 still didn’t happen and been calling them almost daily they keep saying they will get back to me which they don’t I had booked a site for this long weekend back in February still haven’t heard from them not pleased at all going to get my lawyer to look in to this I had the salesman say he’ going to have is team look in to this haven’t heard had a guy guarantee Friday that he would call me Monday by noon that hasn’t happened either very frustrating and dissatisfied with the service from CampMart in Sudbury

      I bought a brand new ********* ******* and within a year it’s starting leaking water from the skylight in the bedroom. Campmart gave me the round around and told me to caulk around the skylight myself or I have to paid for them to tow my trailer to get service. They have horrible service and don’t care about their customers. ****** ***** *** ******** **** *********
