      HORRIBLE service! Sent a letter Jan 3/23 from ******* to *******, should be there in 3 business days, I was told. Its now ********** letter is LOST somewhere in the Scarborough sorting centre! I had to reissue a cheque & put a stop on the first one, and sent it by another courier ( who I shouldve used to begin with). Now I have to wait over a week to get my reimbursement from Canada Post. Im sure thatll take months to get back!NEVER AGAIN!

      I cant understand how people are so stupid and dont use common sense when it comes to delivery of packages.My package was delivered to my condo and let at my front door to than have it stolen . I live right by ************ to the building so there is people always walking by my door and the idiot delivery driver just left it there !! No care for anyones things !!!Over the years Canada Post has built a horrible reputation of having the laziest delivery drivers and I can see why !!

      they deserve less than zero for their service. the delivery guy left my parcel in the lobby not in my mailbox box and he didn't write a note or call or deliver it to my next door like other companies do .he just left it and leaves .when I called them they said somebody took it ,talk to the sender to do a claim. it's like nothing happen and they did not do anything. of course somebody will take it with this way of delivering there is no responsibility at all .I have been waiting for my *********** than a month and the end no parcel no refund

Should you require a formal trace on this item the sender would need to initiate this with the originating ************ who will then contact Canada Post internally for an investigation. Any claim paid is issued to the sender of the item. The best course of action based on the details you provided would be to contact the sender at this point because the item was not located. Should not be happy with the outcome please visit the Canada Post Ombudsman https://www.canadapost-postescanada.ca/ombudsman/ and provide them with your service ticket numbers to review your file.       I am writing you as I am very disgusted by the customer service and action taken by ********************** Post regarding a package. To be told two days (48 hours) before Christmas that your truck was stolen and that all parcels are beyond your control was a lie. It was confirmed through investigation that the driver left the truck running and the doors unlocked while delivering the parcels, making it your fault. This was not beyond your control and is truly negligence by your employee. The fact that your website is still misleading people indicating that it has been delayed and the status has not changed as of writing, is another disgusting action. There is no way to recover from this negligence by the ** employee, as these are peoples parcels needed to make it by or before Christmas. We should have been notified via telephone, email, and not a simple letter. The fact that you wrote the letter indicates you knew about this way before December 23rd, and I am gathering you knew about it 4- 5 days prior. I will be taking to social media, as this is disgusting, and the facts need to come out.

      Horrible service... if I could do a negative 100 I would.. DON'T ORDER ANYTHING THAT GOES THROUGH THESE GUYS!!! I ordered something online.. even paid extra for expediting it to make sure it got here on time.. said one week in the notice I got ..then it changed to another 9 days...took over two weeks to come from ******* to *******?? really??? and when called for help all I got was "sorry I don't know why, but I can have someone call you back in a week"....CRAZY!!!! never again!! DON"T DO IT.. FIND ANOTHER WAY!!!!

      I wish I could give them less than 1 star. I paid $27 to rush 2 day shop myself keys and it's been over a week and they refuse to deliver them. I have talked to so many employees on the phone. I HATE this company, how come *** and other services can deliver in a timely manner?

It does appear that the item was not delivered on time due to the Hold mail request that was put in place for this address. The tracking has been now updated to show item available for pick up at the *********** on 2022/12/15 . We trust that this issue is now resolved based on the scanning and the depot update of the service ticket.       Had an item shipped from ** to *******, canada post tracking site says it was delivered to my community mailbox but I dont have it. I tried to go online to initiate an investigation but I have to wait 60 days from the date it was shipped, how does that make any sense. Just another failure and Im sure in 60 days there will be zero chance of of finding out where it went.

      Today at 10:31am I submitted a request to have new mailbox keys done as our son had thrown them down a central vac pipe. After several days of trying to receive them, my husband was finally able to phish them out. At 10:45am, I called customer service to cancel the request (it had been less 20 mins since the request), and she told me it was not possible at all because the request had been sent to a contractor already and it would be done by Dec 5 and I would have to pay $29 for the new keys. I told her it was no longer required. She refused to cancel it. I asked to speak to a manager, she put me on hold and then disconnected the call. I then went on the online chat to talk to another rep, and then told me they'd have a supervisor call me. I received a call from a supervisor, and she said it's not possible to cancel unless the cancelation is done before the request is sent to the 3rd party locksmith. She then proceeded to tell me it was sent after 11am, and I told her that I called at 10:45am (was on the phone for 9 mins). She said the system does not show the call or any record whatsoever that I tried to cancel the request, and therefore can either choose to pay the $29 for the new keys, or not get my mail at all. This is absolutely ridiculous. I asked if I could contact the 3rd party company that deals with changing the locks since she won't do it to cancel the request, and she said they don't take calls, so there's no way of getting in touch with them. This is literally a scam to make money.

      Today Canada post let me down epically. We ship packages for work with ******, *** and Purolator but I foolishly trusted to Canada Post to competently deliver a package. 60 hours later my two day shipment only show that I dropped it off at my local post office. It hasnt been delivered and the customer service I received is something only possible with a public sector union who showed no empathy or urgency for their customer and simply said well, we did our part. I have no transparency, no accountability and no support. Never again will I trust an incompetent government organization to do something as simple as moving a package for Dorchester, ON to *******. Everyone I dealt with only told me what they couldnt do and why it wasnt their, or anyones, fault. Thoroughly disappointed top to bottom with Canada Post. Had I been smart enough to ship this with a real courier it would have been there or at least it would know where it was. This was brought to Canada Post in Dorchester at 11:30 Nov 14 and as of Nov 16 at 10pm there has been no update to show me this has even left my local postage office. **************** was a joke. Store was even worse. Thanks for nothing Canada Post. Ill be sure to use a private, competent company next time. Well its been snowing, people are hard to find, gas prices are high etc etc etcJust excuses from a company thinking the same problem that affects all shippers absolve them of accountability for a shipment they failed to deliver on time or provide any transparent information to me, the sender.
