1 star? 1-Star Review Disappointed and Deceived I purchased a set of wheels from Canada Wheels in May 2025 for over $1,700, expecting quality and durability. Within just two weeks, the wheels began peeling and deteriorating despite careful use and proper installation.When I contacted Canada Wheels, they refused to stand by the warranty, blaming abuse without any real investigation. It took weeks of back-and-forth just to hear that the manufacturer would only replace them as a "gesture of goodwill"not because of a known defect.Even worse, they were slow to communicate and tried to guilt me over filing a chargeback with my credit card companysomething I had every right to do after being sold a defective product and getting the runaround.Avoid this company unless youre ready to fight for your rights. Shiny advertising doesn't make up for cheap quality and poor customer care.Review fromTom W

1 starI called customer service to verify the extra parts listed in the add were included. I ordered the package and when it arrived, it did not include the advertised parts. I called customer service and was told to send a picture of what I received. I did so and after a week and numerous emails I have been ignored. Shipping I made a purchase and they did ship the rims and install kits It was a long time coming so I went on line and track it which I found out it said delivered I called and said it was not delivered they then informed me that it was sign for by me .I then told them I did not sign for it .I called the shipping company to find out why someone would sign for my stuff later that day it was dropped on my front deck 5 days after I was suppose to sign for it.I was missing a box so I called again.I was told I sign for so not there problem . I told them again I did not sign for it and I would like to see the sign copy.I was told there working on it. They are great company to buy from until something goes wrong.This is now 9 days and I still have no answer looks like they are ok with this as they have my money so yo bad for me think maybe they need lay suit to wake up to tell them it not all about taking my money Thanks *******Canada Wheels

I live in small town outside of *******. Purchased wheels and tyres before and was given free shipping. Now they want $1660 shipping for a $1200 order. Wheelwhizz.ca offers free shipping still better to shop there. Very disappointed.Canada Wheels

Did not receive the product on Aug 23rd 2024 as the initial delivery date. Followed up with Canada wheels on numerous times, who advised that they can not do any thing as the product is with *** in ********. They advised me that the *** did not have the correct delivery address. I sent Canada Wheel customer service my invoice which has my correct home address at three different location. However, they still insisted that i follow up with UP. After receiving extremely poor customer service from ********************** Wheel, I called *** and provided them my address on Monday August 26. However, i still did not receive my product. I called them today three times and spoke with three different agents and no one provided my satisfactory answer. From my current experience with both Canada Wheel and ***, I won't buy or ship items through these companies. I also caution the forum to be extremely carefull.Canada Wheels

4 starsThe overall experience was positive.I did however have an issue with the *** monitor on my vehicle and the sensors installed on the wheels which turned out to be an easy fix. I submitted this information/concern to Canada Wheels and asked if they in fact installed the *** sensors on the rims to which they responded yes.I messaged back saying that my *** alert wouldn't turn off on the vehicle to which I never received a response.It turned out to be a reset setting on the vehicle itself but I had to do a bit of digging myself to sort that matter out.I guess I was just a bit disappointed that I didn't get any assistance to the alert on my vehicle but overall it wasn't a huge deal.I just needed to be patient and do some research.Problem solved!I honestly would have purchased these tires and rims from a friend of mine but my finances steered me towards an online purchase.It all turned out just fine at the end.Review fromAshley N

Worst company to deal with. Do not buy anything from them. My husband ordered winter wheels/tires from this site. They emailed ** saying they were not in stock and suggested a different wheel/tire. We went with their advice. Waited weeks for the wheels/tires. When they finally arrived, they did not fit the vehicle! I asked about exchanging them for ones that actually fit. The process took weeks and I was stuck dealing with winter snow/ice without proper wheels/tires. Finally I just purchased new wheels/tires and worked on returning the old set since the exchange was taking too long. I mailed back the wheels/tires per their instruction. It has been months. They have the wheels/tires and still I have not received any refunds. The manager just keeps emailing me telling me it is coming. Still nothing. BEWARE of dealing with this company. This is understandable given the seasonal demand for both us and the courier, as well as the distance the packages had to travel.Regarding the fitment issues you encountered with the winter wheels and tires, it's crucial to highlight that our installation instructions explicitly state that all orders are to be test fit prior to being mounted to tires. This was not done. Moreover, maintaining the original packaging is a standard requirement for returns, in line with our policy and that of the manufacturer. This was also not done.Your decision not to follow these instructions and requirements considerably complicated the return process. Consequently, the wheels and tires were classified as used and did not meet the established return criteria. In order to proceed with the return, we had to negotiate with the manufacturer for both the wheels and the tires, which was a lengthy process given the fact the items were now considered used.After reviewing the details, we confirm that the last items for return were shipped back on the 16th of February, resulting in a turnaround time of approximately three weeks for shipping and inspection. We believe this timeframe is reasonable, and apologize for any inconvenience caused.While you received a full refund for the tires, the manufacturer denied the return for the wheels due to their damaged condition upon return.We understand your frustration and apologize for any inconvenience caused. However, it's worth mentioning that our standard turnaround time for returns, when all conditions are met, is 3-5 business days. We hope this clarifies the situation.
