      I am having the same trouble as other reviewers here. Ordered the product and later found they are not in stock. Emails not answered, no idea when the tires will be shipped or received.The product they did send (the wheels) were missing the installation components. They are now on their way by truck from ******** to **** and probably wont be of use until I have to change tires due to the snow.Would never deal with this company again!

      Hi *******, We apologize for the inconveniences. The Expected delivery date on the installation kit tracking shows Oct 28, 2022. As for the tires, we have gotten confirmation that the tires have just landed in our ****** warehouse and can be shipped out Monday. We sent you an email today asking if this time frame does not work with you, we can refund the tires on the order. We are waiting for your decision to proceed. We are so sorry for all the inconveniences, but we hope our ****+ reviews on ****** showcase that we care about every single one of our customers.

      I've never had so much BS from any other company I've EVER delt with in my life. This must be a scam of some sorts. So, I purchased 4 tires online at a great price only to be told that they were "currently out of stock with no backorder date". So after 6 days I noticed that their website says the tires I ordered are "in stock". I called to confirm that the size I ordered was in fact stocked and their employee checked the system and confirmed that they were indeed in stock. So why are they magically in stock when the price is now $120 more per tire???? I was under the impression the was no backorder date and as soon as I canceled my order **** they arrived with a higher price. SCAM SCAM SCAM. This review (rant) was posted due to no response from canadawheels. I'm wondering if I'll get the same excuse as the last guy lol. What a joke.1

      Hi *******,Looking into your order, you placed an order for tires that were marked down in price due to having an older DOT. Unfortunately, these tires went out of stock before we were able to fulfil your order, which is when you received the out of stock email. The tires are back in stock at a higher cost as they are a newer DOT, and are not listed at liquidation pricing. The tires you purchased, for the cost you purchased them at, are still not available.Your order was cancelled and refunded in full as it could not be fulfilled and you did not wish to switch products. We are sorry we were not able to fulfil your order, however the total cost of your order was returned to you. If you have any other questions, please send an email to *******************************

      This company is not good. They sell things they do not have on website and offer zero to make up for false advertising. This morning I checked the website canadawheels.ca and notice tires I wanted on sale today that weren't on sale yesterday. I bought them around 8 am. I called around 9 am to confirm shipping address and order, all was good and I was excited. At 2:30 pm I get email that they are out of stock ???? Not possible. They sell things they don't have and take your money even though they don't have stock.

      Due to the high volume of orders, after inventory sync, we were out of stock on that specific product. We informed you about the issue via email and refunded you right away. We offered you the alternative option, multiple agents and a manager tried to assist you via the phone, however your use of profanity against our staff, both over the phone and in written was unacceptable and we could not help you.

      Liars. I only used profanity after you provided an absolutely unacceptable solution which was paying $200.00 plus more for a different product. A seller should never sell a product they don't have in stock.

      bought 4 new rims, the sales page said guaranteed fit, the back fit but the front did not, stuck with them now.

We do submit all of our orders into the manufacturer for a fitment check, and send the order out only once it is approved. Because fitment data can have room for error, we heavily advertise the need for a test fit prior to mounting the rims on our website, as well as in the confirmation email we send and the packaging of the product, to ensure no one is left with wheels that do not fit. As long as the instructions are followed and the rims are not mounted, we are happy to issue a full refund / an exchange for a different set of rims in the case of fitment error.
