I received four winter tires, purchased for my son, good price, good delivery time, correct size and make. A few weeks later my son picked them up from me and went to get them installed. That's when we discovered that one of the tires was damaged beyond repair with two punctures in the side wall. I contacted CanadaWheels right away, expecting them to pick up the damaged tire and provide a replacement. My request was denied with the excuse that it took too long for me to report the problem. I was offered a small discount to purchase another tire from them. Worst customer service ever, I felt that I was being accused of damaging the brand new tire even though i explained that they had been stored safely in my garage the whole time and the installation was delayed because my son was out of the country for two weeks. If you order tires or anything from this company, I suggest you look it over very, very carefully upon receipt because they won't take ownership of damaged product.Canada Wheels

We always encourage our customers to thoroughly check their orders before signing for them. We did take immediate action by submitting a warranty claim to the manufacturer on your behalf. Regrettably, the claim was denied, as the manufacturer cannot guarantee that the damage occurred before or after receipt. The pictured damage could have been caused by various factors, such as debris in a garage or an error in the shop.We genuinely empathize with your frustration and disappointment. Had the damage been reported at the time of delivery, we would have been more than willing to arrange for a prompt replacement. Unfortunately, after 20 business days and taking the items between two locations, we are bound by the manufacturer's refusal of the claim. We did offer you a discount for the replacement tire should you wish to order one.We value your business and are committed to improving our processes based on your feedback. Only wish I had checked out this company with the *** before placing two separate orders. Their website shows nothing but glowing reviews!!!. An expensive ****** was just learned.Ordered a set of rims for $1,000. All four rims could not be properly balanced. I blamed the garage and took the car to a well known and highly rated tire shop to see if they could balance them. I was shocked to learn from the new garage that all four rims were manufactured out of round and the garage could not properly balance them. I had also purchased for another vehicle four TPMS sensors. These arrived this month and I had the same garage try to install them today. The shop just called and said two of them could not be programmed.I just got off the phone with ***************** ". After explaining the issues and offering the shops number (who could provide all technical information to someone who cared) I was told I would have to do all the leg work asking the shop to provide all the details of what was wrong and then forward them to Canada Wheels ****************** After reading all of the reviews on this site, I am not hopeful for any resolutions on either issue. I would be happy to revise this rating if they actually made these problems right. I am not hopeful.Canada Wheels

BEWARE! I think Canada Wheels is one big scam. Their tactics, they will send one piece wrong (intentionally) which happened to me. They will not refund due to their policy. And now I ordered a replacement and they came back to me saying its out of stock and have to wait 2 months. **************** and quality assurance of CW scale of 1 to 10 its -1.Canada Wheels

If anyone knows about tires and rims you know you have to mount a tire on the rim to balance them. Having said that one of the rims they sent was WAY out of round requiring almost 5 ounces of weight to get it even close to balanced. Canada wheels tells me that once a tire is mounted on a rim they are no longer returnable! How are you supposed to know unless you mount a tire? They or the manufacturer obviously has little or very poor quality control! I'm still fighting them and will gladly remove this review if they do what they should do and replace the rim. Otherwise my only option is to buy another rim at my own expense! And if it comes to that, I certainly will not purchase it from them. Absolutely ridiculous!!!!!!!!!!!Canada Wheels

This policy is in place to ensure the safety and quality of our products. Your return was not denied because the rim was mounted, as this is when you will notice balancing issues. Had you requested a replacement at this point, the rim would have been replaced for you.Unfortunately, in your case, you chose to install the faulty rim on your vehicle and used it. Per your communication with our ******************* The tire shop recommended not even using it as you could clearly see the up and down motion. I did install the tire on my car and there is a noticeable vibration. As per our return policy, once an item is used by the customer, it is considered accepted as is, and we cannot offer a replacement at that point.Despite this, we want to assist you in resolving the issue. We have informed you that, with proper documentation, we can submit a claim to the manufacturer on your behalf for a warranty request. However, please note that since you have installed the rims on your vehicle and driven on them, we cannot guarantee that the manufacturer will accept the claim. Correction Zero out of five. The transaction scam turned out to be a complete waste of time. You could not pay me to do business with CanadaWheels again. The Toyo M55 tires I purchased were listed as in stock on the website however 6 weeks and an alleged shipping loss later I ended up having to obtain a refund. Their accountability was nonexistent and the only way I got anywhere with them was to phone and email repeatedly. CanadaWheels ship with ****** which only provides basic resolution as to order status. I was told that ****** lost 4 tires but there was no actual scan confirming they had been received. It took multiple days and phone calls to run a simple shipping trace and they would not release the information to me. Lip service to string along the deal was promised but only excuses and frustration were delivered. *** never had a tire purchase experience as bad as the attempted one I just had with Canadawheels. The prices might appear good but looking back I can only say its an illusion and scam. CanadaWheels just tied up my money and showed total incompetence with what should have been a very simple order. I figured it was worth a try but I will be returning to the local retailer where I bought my last set of M55s, paying a bit more, and having some retailer accountability instead. If you are interested in excuses about busy season, supply chain issues, warehouse misplacing, weather delays and shipping losses then CanadaWheels has those routines perfected. Do your research and you will find the same theme in the other reviews. The whole experience was regrettable and I only wish I spent more time reading reviews here before initiating the purchase attempt.Canada Wheels

Unfortunately, the tires were lost during shipping and the new tires had to be ordered from the manufacturer directly. The date provided by the manufacturer was then moved due to the container being delayed. I just received an Email from Canada Wheels asking for a feedback on my tire purchase. I would not recommend Canada Wheels to my worst enemy. I ordered tires for our Camper van. The tires I ordered were a specific size and load rating required for a vehicle that weighs **** plus pounds. I ordered 245 75 16R with a 120 LT load rating. The tires I received had a stick on label on the tread that read 245 75 16R but the tires were actually 205s instead of 245s. and because of the smaller tire size the load rating was less than required. It is evident that this company does not care about their reputation so like other reviews I gave them one star rating which much higher than the Zero rating I would have liked to post.Canada Wheels

Similar to the other customers, I ordered from their online store, was charged right away via credit card, and then a week later was informed that neither the wheels nor the tires were available.
