      *** ** **** * ******** The worst group of people I have ever dealt with. My washer pump was broken, it cost me $300 just for them to tell me that!!!!!! then they wanted $500 on top of that to do the repair?!?!?!?!?!?! I costed the part at $100. They expect someone to pay $800 to repair a pump on a washer that I paid like $800 for new?!?!?!?!?!?! * **** **** ** *** ** ******** *** *******************

      I lost $ 2.000.00 because parts is not available anymore ,first they charge me for parts to order ,, back order 5 months so money non-refundable

      This company pays for search engines to put them at the top of searches and mimics the names of other (actually reputable) repair places. There should not be "negotiations" for price parts. Their work is not backed by the manufacturers of most appliances. A reputable service company came today to fix their technician's poor electrical job. He took pictures and we plan to submit them.

      "A fool and his money are soon parted." I should have checked with the Better Business Bureau before allowing these people into my home! My complaint echoes those previously submitted. Fortunately I am only out $$260.00.

      Dishwasher was leaking water, repairman came out and found glass in the machine, he unclogged the lines, then proceeded to remove the door to check on the bottom seal. After inspection he recommended that the seal be replaced. I inspected it myself and found no issues with it. Told him to reattach the door and we will see if the problem was fixed. It was and the leak was corrected. He wrote on the bill that he thought the door should be replaced at a price of $1000+. Of course since all was working I said no. After he had left I used the dishwasher a few times and immediately noticed that when opening the door it would fall to the floor as if the springs were not connected. I called the service department back and asked that they send someone out to fix it. They came out a few days later with an attitude that nothing was wrong on their repair. Even after showing him the problem he insisted I need a new door and hinge assembly. Of course I complained to him saying that the previous serviceman must have installed something incorrectly but he insisted that it was my cost and a new door would be $1400+. He then walked out saying it was not their problem. I complained to the service desk but was given the same answer. So now I was out $350 and still had a problem. I spoke with their office repair manager by phone and she refused to listen and hung up on me. Frustrated I called someone else to look at it and they found that the back spring was not attached and fixed it. Dishwasher is now working great, do not use the Appliance Repair Team as they are unknowledgeable, ****, expensive and does terrible work..

      The dishwasher flooded halfway through the cycle! We had to call for a repair, when my husband was emptying the dishwasher he noticed a broken glass! The repairman came one look at the dishwasher he is suggesting that the complete door needs to be changed he takes the door out not knowing how its done he ******* it then called his manager couldnt tell what was going on cause he was speaking his language there was nothing wrong with the door or the seal so he start checking the hose, yes there was a piece of glass stock inside the hose and caused the flood now he had to put the door back with great difficulty and he did a test all good we paid the $327 by debit because they only accept cash and debit which we werent told at the time of booking!!! When he handed us the receipt he still quoted us for a new door for $1,075+tax !! So that night when we started loading the machine we notice that the door free falls there was no tension! So we thought we give them a call the next day! Oh my goodness talking bad attitude they werent even willing to listen, after few calls they decided to send someone to look at the problem and changed the time few times finally they said they will send someone between 11-4 on Wednesday! We were out when we get a call at 10:17 the repair man at our door!!!!! What a dis functional company thats not a good sign we had to rush back home and when he opened the dishwasher door said we need a new door and gave us a quote for 1,486.25 +tax! My husband tried to explain that the door wasnt like this prior to repair process but he was not willing to listen he was extremely arrogant and as we were talking he left our house! Disgusted with the whole situation 1- they are not professional 2- there is no accountability 3- they shouldnt be dealing with public with that attitude

      Technician came to fix my washing machine. He made assessment and charge me $487.93 in order to proceed with ordering the parts and repair. He said 5 business day to order parts. The parts to order was lid lock assembly and coupler for motor. The price for parts he said was $343.62. The total to pay was $682.06 so I had to pay $$487.93 in advance and I did pay.Next day in the morning I called the office and the parts were not ordered yet so I said that I looked online and I can get the parts much much cheaper about $50 shipped to my place so I like to get the refund at least for the parts because they said they don't give refund for labour. When I got parts I called them again. The refund wasn't issued yet and they said I I want them to installed the parts they will charge me additional $80 for coming and $30 for every half hour of labour.

      ** ***** *** * ******** ***** **** **** ***** * ***** **** ****** *** Their service is TERRIBLE! Initial Tech guy, said I needed some parts, and he would order them. I had to pay up front for the parts to be ordered. 6 weeks later, TECH 2 ( a different person) came with the 3 parts and proceeded to install all 3 one after the other, without checking to see, as each part was installed, if it fixed the problem. He left AFTER telling me the washer WAS working! BUT IT WAS NOT! The same error code showed up on the washer controls. I did not sign the part saying the "appliance was left in working condition". TECH 2 said that was not a problem, it did not matter. He took my payment and left. Total turnaround about 15 minutes. I called their business and got a lady who said she was the "weekend manager". She refused point blank to refund any money, using the excuse that the 3 parts had been installed. This response was repeated on Tuesday, Aug. 2, 2022. No refund possible. The ONLY thing she could do was give me a 10 or 15% discount on future spending! Both the "weekend manager" and the weekday "Management Team" person would NOT let me talk to the owner(s) since they were "silent partners" and left the problems to the phone staff and techs. They also called me soon after tech #2 had finished his 15 minute rapid install of parts that did not solve anything! They said Tech 2 had made a mistake and I owed another $80 dollars! I disputed the request. Said they would check and call back. NO call received. Nothing was fixed and I am out of pocket $726.17!
