      ** * ***** *** * ***** * ******* My ****** washer required some repair because it was not spinning properly. This company came up (Appliance Repair Team Inc) when I searched ****** repairs as a sub contractor. Technician presented himself the first time and told me I needed a new control board and drain pump which would cost $280.00 for labor and $496.53 for parts total $877.48 he then said I needed to pay first which I did. He came once (after 12 days) and said it was fixed; it WAS NOT!! I asked them to come back to actually fix it and he did again after 10 days; he said he did and it was NOT FIXED AGAIN!! **** ******* ** **** * ******  They take your money and still do nothing!! When I called to complain to a manager I got Teresa. She was arguementive and said the technician came 3 times with a third work order when he only came twice!! They wanted another $963.00 to give my washer a new motor!! Why did I have to pay almost that already!! Absolutely NO CUSTMER SERVICE at all just money grabbers and no repairs done. I argued the fact he only came twice and she said she would email the third one which never came and after a long conversation with her; SHE HUNG UP ON ME. I WANT MY MONEY BACK; THEY DID NOTHING!!

      ** *** *** **** *** Came twice to fix the same problem. Said it was fixed and it should last at least 3 years. Well not even a month later. It's the same problem. Same error code Now - over the phone she can tell me what the problem is and if I pay $745 plus tax she will send the technician out to fix it Worst customer service. ****. Hung up on me ***** **** ********  They don't actually know how to fix anything. They just take your money. Put a bandaid fix on but never actually solve the problem

      Called for fridge repair. Replaced a cheap after-market part (defrost timer) that sells online for $15. Charged $220 + tax for the part, and $180 + tax for the service (half hour total). ********** ** * ***** ******** **** * *** *** * **** **** ***** ****

      I requested a tech to come look at my washer..the lady csr told me it was 80 for an assessment. the tech showed up and demanded $295 to start looking. I said that was what the $80 was for..he said no that was the dispatch fee that was completely separate from his fee..*** ***** **** ** ** ** ***********....I called my cousin who lives out of town and is a tech himself.. had him on speaker...he questioned the guy asking him what the problem was...he refused to answer ..he said he will run a check on the watering system when he gets paid...I said but that's what the $80 was for ....he kept saying no that was separate from his fee....I told him to leave because he was getting **** *** angry..he left the bill ...threatened me with collections..the told me to * ***...then left....** *** **** **** *****

      Our washing machine needed repair. The service tech said we needed a couple of parts amounting to $416.64. We were told the service fee $280.00 would cover the initial service call and the installation of the parts. I won't even go into the issue of a 3 month wait and incompetent service tech. We paid 50% of the parts cost in advance. When the service tech showed me the parts to be installed , a 18" rubber hose and a hose clamp, to the tune of $416.64 I was shocked. I didn't have an understanding of the exact nature of the parts until then. I went to **** ***** and the same parts: hose clamp $48.32 **** ***** price $0.74 that's right 74 cents--- hose $368.32, **** ***** $12.57 for 10 feet. To say this is outrageous is is a gigantic understatement. I spoke to the company and offered to not pursue this any further if they would accept the $208.32 that we had already paid for the parts as final payment for the parts. The **** ***** price was about $13. Now, I accept their parts cost could be more than **** *****'s but I was prepared to comprise just to avoid the hassle thereby overpaying the parts cost significantly I thought my offer was more than reasonable The company refused and is taking this to collection

      ** *** *** **** ******** Technician diagnosed problem as water valve assembly. Part ordered And after numerous delays and cancelations technician arrived to install part. After install technician indicated more parts are required. Why could not all parts required be diagnosed on the initial call. Technician does not seem very qualified.

      * **** ** *** *** ********* **** ******* ** * ***** ***** They tell you on the phone that their techs only take cash or debit for the work, yet they show on their website that they accept card cards (but only for preauthorized accounts...whatever that means). I told them the problem was coming from a leaking water value from the water supply behind the fridge and then their "technician" tells me that he can't replace that part and that I need to call a plumber. He then proceeds to tell me that I have another faulty value and water line that need repair which will cost me $230 + HST to replace...which you have to pay for upfront prior to him starting the job. He used a $8 value (found the part on **** ***** website) and cut the existing line shorter to eliminate the damaged area, even though he told me that he was going to replace the line. Of course they demand payment up front before starting the repair and this simply so that you cannot dispute the workmanship afterwards. The "tech" left my home prior to allowing me speak to him about the work he did...I was dealing with another installer at the same time. When I called the company back and spoke to Customer Service, the woman I spoke with *** ****** **** *** eventually hung up on me after I asked to speak to someone else. Someone did finally call me back but she was simply argumentative *** **** as well. So the bottom-line is that the fridge is still not fixed, I'm out $260 and I still have to call in a reputable repair company to repair my issue! I will never again use this company *** * **** **** ******** *** ***** *** **** **** *** ****** ** ***** *** **** ***** * ***** ******** ***** ******

      **** ********* Tech told me he had to replace a part on my pop cooler. He spent 2 hours trying to repair it before telling me he had the wrong part and would to order the correct one. He gave me a price of $1200 for the part and I said no. He then presented me with an invoice for $340. I refused to pay and he left. I looked at the invoice and he had put it in my name personally instead of the business name. Feeling that I was stuck I mailed them a cheque to the address on their website but it was returned. I called and asked for an address and they refused to give it to me. No wonder!! After reading all these negative reviews they are afraid of people coming to their door. THEY CAN SUE ME!!! * ******* **** ** *** *** **** ********

      Terrible experience!!! Unprofessional Technician!!! I would have saved $300+ dollars if I have checked this website before calling this company. We paid $300+ TAX for a full service on the stove. Without seeing any professional checking or inspection from the technician (the oven was repaired once under the warranty so I noticed the differences), we were told that the oven need to replace a switch and a fan which will cost us another $300+. The strange thing was the fan is not available (end of the life) in the market. It made me started to think this is * **** since how could the stove be repaired without parts. And whatever we had been told seems **************. If I paid total $600+ to repairing an old oven, I can almost buy a brand new one, right? I have no hope in this company. I just hope our government can do something to protect the consumer especially the seniors, like me!

      Do not use this company, very shady practices. Im still waitng for my fridge to be repaired after 48 days of waiting and being lied to on a regular basis and hung up on when asking status.
